Since the market has started to turn, it has been harder to find quality tenants because of the excess in supply. rentbits helped me find numerous quality tenants in record time. I am now leveraging their marketing platform for all of my properties. No brainer.

Rent Bits ran an ad for our home address by a scammer that was posting homes that were not for rent. They would take pictures of people's actual homes and say they were for rent. Zillow, and Trulia are assisting us in reporting this to the FBI. This company needs to do more background checks before they allow posting of fraudulent ads. The person that did the listing on this website only gave a first name, Kim M. Do not call 312-998-6440. It is a scam.

This is the first time I've used Rentbits to promote my single family rental homes. While I'd like to utilize it, I can't get back into my account to make changes or add pictures even though I've tried several times. Twice I contacted them for a password but no response to either request. Not helpful!

The morning after. so many moving companies called trying to get a moving job although I never seeked one. obviously the web site sold my info.

Very poor response from their Ads. I did not receive a single lead and forced to sign up with another rental companies that were much more effective.

Didn't send me any leads and then wouldn't give me a refund for the remaining period after I had already found a renter on my own. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just don't care over there.

I did not have a lot of time to find a new place to live, so I began searching the Internet. I found a link to Rentbits and decided to give it a try. Not only did I find a place to live, i was able to purchase furniture from one of my new neighbors, and find a dog walker and cat sitter through Residentbuddy. I will continue to recommend this site to all my friends.

I would like to thank Rentbits for taking me on as a client, when I only had 5 or 6 rental units, now, with 42, they have been one of the main reasons why my average days vacant, in between tenants, is under 10! Rentbits has setup an automated feed from our listings online so we don't have to double enter listings to get them into their system. They provide us with lots of leads and a way to track where they are coming from. We would recommend their service to other property managers.
