Easy process, glasses done perfectly. I had a new frame and glasses done (to have another pair) direct with optician, but my reglazed pair from you were way better! the other one gives me a headache, where the reglazed pair you've done doesn't, I'll be getting the optician to redo theirs, showing them your reglazed pair as example.

This company seems not in existence after collecting my money, could not reach them by phone or otherwise.
They delivered an empty envelope after complaining of not receiving my frame which was sent to them for reglazing.

After what I thought was a delay, but turned out was an error on my part when filling out the prescription details on the Web site, the process was seamless. I received the sunglasses yesterday. Extremely happy with the result. Highly recommend.

Had to email and phone in numerous occasions to eventually receive glasses on 21st June. Joke

Email not working. Phone not answered. Hard to know if I’d been conned. Once I got past that everything was fine, but it was a very shaky start.

Very pleased . I will send my other frames for a lens refresh . I’d checked all the other suppliers with my vari focal prescription and Reglasingeyewear came out the best value .

Avoid at all cost.
Placed order with them but billed under digitalopticslimited.Glasses not received after 6 weeks. Asked for refund and return of frames no reply. Gov.uk says in liquidation but still taking orders on website.

Delighted with my 2 new pairs of sun glasses! Easy process to turn my former prescription sun glasses into ordinary sun glasses after I had lens replacement surgery. Delighted with the outcome & so much cheaper than buying new ones!

I like the quality and the price. My frames took over 5 weeks. That did not really matter but, if I had known the 5 day estimate was hopelessly unrealistic, I would not have sent two pairs at the same time.
Suggest that more realistic time frames be given and possibly charge extra for guaranteed express service
