Purchased a VATA K580 not as gamer but for the backlight and costumization options. The build is solid and production quality is high. I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately the keyboard came with one defective LED only shining blue. The Redragon support was ready to help and responted prompt. The device was substited with a short delivery time. Perfect.

Quick and excellent customer service!

I just got a new mouse but it wouldn't connect to the dangle. I messaged customer service and they got back to me right away. After a few questions and a few things to try, they determined I needed a new mouse. They sent it right away. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and I will definitely buy this brand again when I need a new mouse!

Great Support

Always fast and great support. My first experience was having issues with a mouse cord, I asked if I could buy a replacement cord and instead they sent me a new mouse with the cord for free. I was in shock to say the least. Their response was always timely and professional..thank you Mike!

I ordered a 916 Std 1k off of Amazon. Dongle didn't work and had to contact support. Easiest RMA I've ever done. Great support and service from the agent and I love my new mouse. Highly recommend.

Customer service/Price/Value

One of the installers for my mouse wouldn't download from the site. Put in a request ticket to get it, and Mike was able to get it to me ASAP. Very professional and quick service. Additionally, the products are well priced and quality. I've got my mouse, keyboard and sound bar from them and have been nothing but satisfied.
