I tried calling them several times with no response. I used the chat function and they said they would call, but i never received a response.

Items Mislabeled As "In-Stock" - even though they know it's not. Tried buying a sauna from here, did research on different websites to order from. The page specifically says "FREE & FAST Shipping: In Stock and Ready to Ship" and when I made the order, I got an email saying the order likely wouldn't ship for another 2 months. Extremely misleading and predatory to say "In Stock" when they know it's not.

Looked all over for a Theragun mini in twilight pink and they were the only site that had it in stock. Upon delivery I discovered they sent me a different color without contacting me to inform me that the twilight pink was unavailable. When I contacted the company via email they did not respond to my questions or concerns and only sent an email with a return label. With Christmas less than two weeks away I’m probably stuck with the incorrect color they sent. Easy transaction initially, but turned out to be a very unprofessional experience.

Horrible customer service. Send me a defective machine and charge me for restocking fee. How do you charge a restocking fee for a defective product.

The customer service rep was useless and knew nothing of their own product. She was very rude.

I needed to order a piece of equipment that RFA was able to get at a more discounted price than the actual wholesaler had. Not only did they offer a discounted rate, they included next day shipping at no additional cost! Adam has been exceptional to work with and I highly recommend them!
