After riding both the Rattan QUERCUS and the LM Ultra, I can confidently say this brand delivers on every promise—performance, design, reliability, and, just as important, exceptional customer service.

The QUERCUS surprised me with just how rugged and refined it feels. With its robust frame and long-range battery, I feel confident taking it on trails, city streets, and everything in between. The smooth front suspension and sturdy fat tires make even the roughest terrain manageable.
One of my favorite aspects is the torque sensor, which gives the most natural pedaling feel I’ve ever experienced on an e-bike. It responds instantly to my effort—no lag, no clunky transitions. The battery life is excellent—I regularly get more than 65 miles per charge even with varied terrain.

Best Electric Bicycle Company around!
I have had experience with a lot of e-bike companies and Rattan is by far the best. They make an amazing product and they stand by their work. Support always responds within 1 business day. (TrustPilot will not allow me to post email addresses but please use their email address for questions, it is posted on their support page, it starts with info) and they mail me the parts that I need for any issue that comes up. They make a product for the "working man" that is affordable and rugged. I like their product so much that I have purchased multiple Rattan bikes. If you want an affordable bike that will get you where you want to go for years, this is the company for you. I have over 1,500 miles on one of my bikes and it still rides like the day I bought it. Assembly is simple and all parts are labeled for easy assembly. Why pay more at a different company when you can save a few dollars and get an outstanding bike that will turn heads everywhere you go!

I have had my E-bike for a year now and…
I have had my E-bike for a year now and I have rode it to work, school, and trails in the park. The only replacement I have needed to get so far is the tires about a 3 months ago because I rode it through so much rough terrain. Other than that, pretty good for a cheaper E-bike.
If you need a replacement piece, just ask the help bot , it’s really helpful.

I've had my bike for over a year and I absolutely love it.. I've had several issues and needed help. When I emailed Rattan they got back to me asap...they sent me a replacement pedal...free of charge..and when I lost a headlight screw and couldn't find a shop nearby that had the proper screw...Rattan got back to me and sent me replacement screws... I've also recommended Rattan ebikes to several of my friends and they're loving the idea of purchasing one in the near future..thank you so much for making my experience with my first ebike wonderful...I was a trucker by trade for 18 years..after a serious accident...I purchased my 750 foldable ebike for my birthday last year in hopes that it would help me rehabilitate my body...when I say that I could've never forseen the healing that happens when I ride up the hills around Syracuse university and pass people pushing their bikes uphill...lol I feel like a kid again...again ..thank you...I love my bike..

Not professional, do not buy
Don't buy from these guys, The bikes are of poor build quality. Moreover, they are not professional. They leveraged me to post a positive review on this site just to honor their own sale price. They use positive reviews as leverage?? I have never heard of such ridiculousness from a seller.

Our (2) LF 750 Pro E-Bikes…
We purchased our (2) LF 750 Pro E-Bikes 0n 7/30/2024.
Previous to purchasing, I had researched various E-bikes, and Rattan was recomended by a family member as they had purchased (2) LF 750 Pro’s beforehand and loved them.
After test riding theirs, I contacted Rattan inquiring on any specials, as we were also interested in purchasing accessories to go with our bikes.
The customer service person(s) that I was in contact with were very helpful and accommodating:
* They responded by the next day.
* They were honest in their responces.
* They kept me abreast of delivery times and dates.
We take our bikes with us when we travel in our 35’ Tiffin MH. We transport them on a “Thule” bikerack attached to our Jeep Sierra (towed) that we pull behind our RV. They travel well, and aside from the weight (which they all have) in loading and unloading, the bikes have been a wonderful investment and we love them!
Since we are not seasones E-Bike owners yet, here’s what we’ve figured out, and my suggestions thus far;
* If your going to travel with your E-Bikes, take the hit and purchase a good bike rack.
* Make sure the seats and batteries are “not” on the bike when transporting.
* The accessories: “rear mirriors” and “phone holder” (which I got) are okay, but are kinda general in view and size, thereby, I purchased different ones.
* Lastly, if your going to travel with your E-Bikes, make sure you have a good bike locking system, and consider insuring them. We havn’t had any problem, but I’ve chatted with people, and heard stories.
Over all, our experience with “Rattan” and our E-Bikes has been wonderful.
If you are considering purchasing an E-Bike, “Rattan” should be on your short list of considerations!

I loved my bike so much that I bought my mother in-law one!
I loved my bike so much, I bought one for my mother in-law! The Pathfinder has been hands down best bike ever! Support is amazing and they have covered items even out of warranty on multiple occasions when they didn't have to! Their social media community is active and I just can't say enough good things about them. As far as bang for the buck, they are on the lower end of price which is just amazing! I'm not sure how they sell their bikes for the price that they do considering what other companies charge.

As far as the bikes they are pretty great, we have 2 of them and have used them pretty frequently on all types of hills and terrains and they have thus far held up quite well! I’ve had to interact with customer service and support a couple of times and in the end it’s been a positive experience, can be a bit slow but they always respond.

Good bike, needs more user-friendly setup and the delay in acceleration needs getting used to.
Bike is very good, good things first:
The control system is made very well, and the battery lasts a long time. I've gone 26 miles on it and it's still not halfway. This was maybe 5-6 long trips inside the city. Bike is built well and is comfortable. Nothing falling off or breaking.
Others: The parts were hard to put together and instructions were scarce. Some screw positions are hard to reach. I tried to put the back seat footrests on and they still don't feel sturdy. The back seat rest was a total failure. The only way to install it is by removing the back seat first (as discovered by the bike shop I took it to) and there's no way a regular user like me can see or reach those screws with my tools. But kudos to Rattan they refunded what the bikeshop charged me.
Also, the motor starts about a second after you turn throttle or after you turn the pedals a full turn or more so you have to anticipate the delay when you want to apply speed. And they need to warn you to lower the speed to 0 when you're idling on traffic or at a stop as you will naturally want to maneuver slightly by turning the pedals and this will cause a sudden acceleration which may make you hit what is in front of you and/or injure your feet, which happened to me.
And lastly, there is no suspension on the seat eventhough it is advertised as such. There is a non-working suspension like rubber piece which only covers the steel post and has no function, and the seat was impossible to remove from the seatpost so I couldn't install a better seat. The only suspension is the hard rubber the seat rests on which doesn't do much, and the seat is not very comfortable especially for long journeys on bumpy roads.

I bought direct from Rattan Compass
I bought direct from Rattan Compass. Used very little while I was out of country. I came back and enjoyed riding for about 2 months. I rode bike home and next day go to ride completely dead. Battery100% full but nothing. I called Rattan but bike with less then 100 miles was 30 days out of warranty. Product that fails with only 100 miles out of warranty? OK so I trouble shoot system, ring out all the wires, switches etc.. No issues. FYI Rattan has no wiring diagram for help so it was a major headache. Since everything checks out last ditch effort before junking this thing I'll call Rattan for new controller. After several emails and picture of controller sent to Rattan no longer available. Bike little over year old and no parts!! I wouldn't send my worse enemy to buy a bike from this company. Ended up cutting my losses selling for next to nothing for at least the battery, motor, were good if someone could use them.

Best e-bikes for me and my family!
I now own 2 Rattan e-bikes, a Pathfinder,
and a LM-750 Pro, and I love them both!
I also have had great interaction with the Rattan support team, over-night response, (They are in a different time zone!), professional and VERY courteous, and replaced parts quickly and with NO hassle!
I now have over a thousand miles on them, (542 on the LM, 602 on the Pathfinder!

Pathfinder 2024
I purchased a pathfinder from Rattan and so far I am very pleased. The ride quality is great and the bike for its weight is very fast, I have pushed it up to 32 on flat ground.
Overall it is a great looking bike and one of its biggest selling points for me aside from the look is the ability to control your Pedal Assist levels, speed output, motor voltage, and many other settings from the lcd screen onboard or from the free app you can download.
Bike assembly was relatively easy but I would suggest having a second person to help given the weight of the bike. I was able to accomplish it on my own and it does come about 80% pre-assembled with directions and tools for the remaining assembly.
Finally, the company is very responsive to questions and resolved a minor issue I had with the bike in a timely manner (a warped rotor.) I appreciate that very much! Not only did they understand they sent me a new one that arrived in about a week. Please understand that there is a delay in getting back to you as they are in China and there is a time difference. Nonetheless, they do get back to you and provide responsive and quality service. I couldn't be more appreciative of that.
It is evident to me that the company really values feedback from its customers in an effort to improve their products and provide a bike that meets or exceeds demands, whatever those may be. I did alot of research and decided this was the bike for me and so far I have nothing to complain about. You get alot of features at a pretty competitive price.
Also as a final thought if you watch review videos on YouTube you see many that discuss the regen braking system. This feauture has been removed from the bikes unfortunately and I don't have any background as to why. The battery seems to last quite long (I use eco mode mostly) but I don't have alot of miles on it yet. The battery % will show say 88% and you turn the bike off and back on it shows something like 93%. That is peculiar but it hasn't been an issue for me so far and do not anticipate it being one. I hope this helps and happy riding!
