Kelli was absolutely AMAZING

Kelli was absolutely AMAZING! I have not booked a Canadian rail trip before and had no idea where to begin and she brought me through every step of the way! Answered not only all my questions but all my clients questions, made all the adjustments, and offered suggestions along the way. Her follow up was right on and kept me up to speed! I felt very confident booking with Railbookers after my experience with her.

Do Not Use Railbookers!!

Get a travel agent if you want to have someone plan you travel by train in Europe. We started in Naples to Sorrento, then Sicily. The only thing they did right was picking Taormina, Sicily and even that was a fiasco. First, they didn't include transports to and from all of our locations and when I asked why, they said it would be less expensive to catch a taxi than to book a transport service, which is fine, but why did I need to ask? Next they gave us vouchers for the train rides without any explanation that we had to turn them in for tickets or that we would need to transfer trains in Sicily to get to Taormina. We ended up on the west side of the island before we realized that we needed to transfer to get the east (Taormina) side. When we got off we discovered it would take 4-5 hours to get back to Taormina by train due to the schedule. We paid 150 euro for a taxi so we could get to our destination in a little over an hour and Railbookers refused to pay for that mistake. Finally, we decided not to go on the excursion to Mt Etna because I was feeling motion sick from all of the other transports we had been taking and the voucher from the excursion company said we could cancel for a refund within 24 hours and we canceled with over a 48 hour notice. Railbookers refused to issue the refund that they got back from the excursion. What an awful company!

Great Service from Ana Knupp

Railbookers has done a great job organizing details of a London/Paris trip for my client. Inevitably, some details needed to be verified and a few things changed, so I reached out to Railbookers multiple times and had the pleasure of dealing with Ana Knupp. She was fabulous! She was so knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will go to great lengths to find it for you. She promptly follows up to any inquiries and has been so helpful. I really can't express what a pleasure it was to deal with her. She really goes above and beyond for me and my clients , and she deserves to recognized for her exceptional service.

Kelli Lundquist was awesome to work with. She happily and quickly made the multiple tweaks to the itinerary my client wanted. Even 2 weeks later when my client wanted yet another tweak, she took care of it promptly and then stayed a bit late to help me get the payment processed. I would definitely like to work with her again! Thanks Kelli for making it easy!

Utterly shambolic from start to finish

Utterly shambolic from start to finish. Railbookers operates at a completely unacceptable level of incompetence. The number of errors, oversights, and outright lies we encountered was staggering. Be prepared to chase them relentlessly just to receive your tickets — and when they do finally arrive, expect incorrect details, spelling mistakes, and missing segments.

Despite booking for four people, we arrived to find the hotel reserved for only two, even though Railbookers had repeatedly assured us everything was in order. We were left stranded at check-in with no resolution in sight. Their so-called "emergency" support line is anything but — we waited over 30 minutes only to speak to someone entirely unhelpful.

The rail itinerary was riddled with mistakes: incorrect times, missing tickets, and names spelled wrong. Worst of all, their representatives routinely mislead and try to bluff their way through problems they clearly caused.

Avoid at all costs. This isn't just poor service — it's chaos, incompetence, and deceit rolled into one.

Incompetent …

The company do not fill you with confidence. They only sent me 1 rail ticket (should have been 2) they gave me the wrong reference to check in on our flight. The voucher for the bus tour wasn`t a voucher and when our flight was cancelled for coming home, they didn`t do anything to help. I wouldn`t use them again, even though they have given us £100 discount, (once I contacted them with our complaints) or recommend them to anyone.

Kelli Lundquist was an incredible help when I was working to put together a very last-minute 10-day Alaska package. She made miracles happen. Do not work with Mark Bliss

My recent experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected when booking a trip through this agency. I worked with Mark Bliss on my most recent trip and he was arrogant, and hard to work with. I have booked a previous trip with this company and it was much easier when it was not booked with him.

Travel agent booking with Railbookers for the first time.

I had my first occasion of using Railbookers for a solid, repeat client that had a somewhat narrow travel window, and it’s only 40 days away. After beginning the process of building a prospective itinerary for my client, I found myself without sn agent as the one I began the process with was no longer a part of the Railbookers team. Sienna picked up the ball and ran with it! Helped me wade through numerous details and minor changes like as absolute pro, and did so with a cheerful attitude. I’m sure I, as a newer travel franchise owner an agent, made things harder on Sienna than were necessary, but she handled every detail, and did so quickly. If only every company had a Sienna.
