I bought the RAIDLIGHT Ultralight 24L ++

I bought the RAIDLIGHT Ultralight 24L, Desert Gaiters and the 7 day MX3 nutrition pack, all for the Marathon de Sables. They were all a DISASTER. The ultralight stitching broke on the first day, the side adjustments were hard to impossible to use, and had various rough edges that caused discomfort. The gaiters also came unstitched and they are difficult to fit and remove due to a very narrow top band. The food is tasteless, which may be a personal preference issue, but the advice on the pack is misleading - despite following instructions to add boiling water I ate crunchy pasta! I would highly recommend to stay away from at least this raidlight products!

Do not buy Mask Mountain 2in1

I ordered 4 x Mask Mountain 2in1s for skiing and waited two months for delivery. We were bitterly disappointed with the masks as, despite their high cost, they were extremely flimsy, offered zero Covid protection (in fact two of us caught Covid), and within three days of wear were bobbled and damaged. A complaint to Raidlight was met with the reply that returns and refunds were not possible. Do not buy from them!

Some nice kit, but poor size guide and returns service

Some nice kit and good prices in sales. But size guide on website isn't great and customer service/communications on my return were poor. As a result alternative sizes were out of stock when my return was received and failure to communicate a free return service meant I lost money on postage.

Very poor after sakes service

Tried to return items. Emailed & rang repeatedly with no response. It took weeks for a returns form to be sent to me. I have returned items including a faulty item & have neither received a refund or a response to my email asking about my returns & refund.

23 days for order to arrive, 3 email & 1 fb chat time get it

I ordered on 30th Dec, received email to say item dispatched on 3rd Jan and would take 7-10 days to arrive. Great! Not the quickest delivery but I didn’t need the stuff until 19th Jan for a race so plenty of time. I contacted the company on 15th Jan to ask where my stuff was, tracking showed it hadn’t moved since 3rd Jan. No response. I contacted them again 2 days later. No response. I contacted them via Facebook message. 3 days later I received a reply telling me to email! Which I did AGAIN! I asked when my stuff would arrive & was told enquires take 10 days to reply to!!! No acceptable at all. My order then appeared, all there, no issues except for taking 23 days after ordering! I then received a reply to my first email telling me
“ Good morning, sir,

According to the tracking of your package, the one you received was delivered to you on Wednesday, January 22nd.

Here is the link of the parcel tracking “

Nice to get a reply the day AFTER I got my delivery!! Will NEVER order from them again. I understand things go missing etc & I don’t mind, I really don’t but to not reply until after the issue is resolved is just not good customer service.
