Somehow, we had a QR code go missing. We had this code printed on signs. I contacted customer support and they said it got deleted and if I wanted I could open a ticket for them to hunt for it to have it restored. I said yes and a few days later they came back said it was restored. That was a huge win as it saved our company time and money. Thanks for the great customer service!

It's easy to create a QR code and to personalize it with your own logo. We have used it for a few years and never had an issue with the QR code working for all platforms.

The one time I had a billing issue (my mistake) they were very helpful and we were able to solve the problem together.

Intuitive and user friendly software but the highlight for me was when I had a question, QR tiger has a great library of videos and support answers but also if you message them, there is a real person that will get back to you promptly. Five stars in my book!
