I wanted the Alba Botanical Very Emolliant lotion advertised & pictured on their site. I contacted them BEFORE placing the order to confirm they had it specifically & they said yes. I ordered it but Daily Moisturizer was delivered instead. I reported the problem the same day & asked for refund. They said they'd check with manufacturer to see if it was the same formula. I'm still waiting... Of course, they can't be reached by phone.
I noticed they didn't publish my review on their website so I'm writing it here.

I contacted customer service, was immediately given a choice of refund or replacement (which I chose), and a satisfactory replacement item was promptly shipped at no cost.
