I love the Boxer. I ride a combination of off-road trails and road. It will handle just about anything. Customer support is terrific. I have put 600 miles on mine in a year and just bought a 2nd bike for my wife! Thanks Puckipuppy.

After a lot of research and my first e-bike purchase I settled on the Boxer ST. This bike is amazing and has a lot of power. So many people have commented on my new bike with nice remarks. The bike came well packaged and was easy to put together. I have ridden over 80 miles so far. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with the seat that came on the bike. It was different than the one I saw reviewed. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new seat without any questions. I love this bike and how well it rides. Would highly recommend this bike. Love the color and everything about it.

I love this bike! This is my first experience with an electric bike, so I wasnt sure what to expect, but I have now ridden over 1,000 miles on my Labrador bike in a matter of months.

Shipping was fast and assembly took about 45 minutes. This bike has given me the confidence to ride many more miles than I ever would attempt on my regular bike.

I routinely ride 40-60 miles at a time, and the terrain I ride on is mostly flat, so the battery last significantly longer than the advertised 80 miles since I'm only using the lowest assist setting. The seat is crazy comfortable which also helps with very long rides

I look forward to riding my bike every chance I get, and am very happy with my purchase!

Last year I got the Labrador and at first it was big bike for a 5’1” but I still rode it with no issues. I love the designs and how durable is. I’ve had a few flat tires and customer service is the best! Love suspension too!

From the time I took them out of the box. Easy assembly. All the extra attachments that we got. The first ride the next day was epic. Never had more fun on a bike in my life. We went 40 miles the first day. So comfortable and sturdy. I'm 340lbs and i had confidence on and of the road. Bad knees? Doesn't matter. Highly recommend getting one.

I bought the Golden R and really enjoy it. I have put 90 miles on it in just over a week across many different types of terrain and havnt had any issues. Plenty of power and comfortable ride.

We bought 2 of the Boxer bikes, 1 regular, 1 ST. The bikes arrived 4 days earlier than promised! They were easy to put together. I put 1 together with the help of my 14 yr old grandson! As an over 60, 5'4" female, the bike might be a little too tall, but very usable. The ride is nice!! Can't wait to ride in the Colorado mountains!

I’ve been using this e-bike for a few days now(Beagle 2) and I’m thoroughly impressed. The build is solid and strong, giving me full confidence on the road. It rides incredibly smooth, even on rougher terrain, and the motor provides just the right boost when needed. I recently purchased a Labrador Pro and I am extremely pleased with the bike's construction and it is a pleasure to ride! I was amazed with the accessory kit that I purchased with the bike, everything you could need included. The customer service has been awesome though I have not had any issues with the bike. I am a huge fan of my PuckiPuppy bike. I am older now and can’t endure the type of rides I used to but with this bike I am back out there. It is a thrill to ride, so now I can continue.

The company has probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are responsive and show concern towards resolving issues as if it were their issue.

I don’t see how anyone would ever have a problem with this company or any of their bikes. I highly recommend you buy a PuckiPuppy bike!

The husky trike has really given me freedom and independence. I cross threaded the left pedal and it fell off. I called puckipuppy to ask what dimensions the crank was, and customer service had me send a picture and they sent me a replacement crank. Thank you!

The bike arrived mostly assembled and what did need to be assembled was extremely easy to do! Everything is included along with tools to complete the few simple things that needed to be put together. I was not expecting that. This company pays attention to the details!

I'm 65 and ridden a "push bike" most of my life and so enjoy cycling but at 65 I have to recognize that a push bike is getting harder to use so I thought "eBike...hmmm". I did my research and saw that Puckipuppy had a good reputation so I bought a Boxer. What an incredible machine! The sense of freedom of a pushbike again without the strain of a pushbike is great! I love the ease of use and freedom it give me. So much so that we bought a Corgi for my wife and she loves it! Thanks Puckipuppy for making some great machines!

I contacted customer support before I purchased the bike and had my answer within 24 hours. I purchased the Beagle and couldn't be happier it is built like a tank and more power than I need. Assembly was simple and i received the bike 3 days early. I was amazed at how many accessories they threw in the package. This is an amazing bike and looks sharp, I would recommend this to anybody looking for a bike that does not break the wallet. They even called me after I received the bike and asked if I had any problems or questions. you don't get that type of personal service anymore these day.

I really enjoy the bike. Add a couple issues that were resolved quickly and always got a quick response. The battery life is really good. When an hour ride using mostly the throttle. And had no problem with the battery. Get a lot of responses of how good the bike looks and how well built it is.

I purchased the Husky Plus. My husband said it was more work than expected to assemble but overall fairly easy. The bike is great and definitely worth the value. The best part of my experience was the support. When we experienced a concern with delivery and a missing part, they promptly responded with empathy and rectified the issue promptly.

After sharing our experience with someone who purchased a different brand, I was even more thankful for the Customer Support Team at Puckipuppy. The other company did not respond favorably and promptly like Puckipuppy and the other person is still waiting for issues to be resolved over a month later while we're cruising along on our Puckipuppy Husky Plus.
