Customer Service Down Pat!
AMAZING!! I have literally never had such a positive experience with customer service. My husband bought me a roomba vac and a piece broke, I didn't know that it was covered by warranty when I initially called. So not only was I ecstatic to be notified of that fact, I was absolutely tickled by the fact that from start to finish the phone call last approximately 4 minutes and I will have the new part at my house within the next week. The pdf will be emailed to me on how to replace the part and Job. Is. Done! Not only would I recommend a roomba for everyone, we bought one for my mother-in-law and my sister! They are fantastic little helpers.
