Great bike with all features you want in a beach cruiser. We ride 30 plus miles on the weekends and the e-bike never loses less than 50% of its battery life. My wife loves the thumb accelerator when we’re crossing busy roads. She enjoys the laid back cruiser style on the road and the beach, what a great comfortable bike!

A flawless bicycle purchase over the Internet
I interacted with the staff a bit before my purchase, via chat on their website, and the person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful in steering me towards the best bike for my needs. The purchase process on the web site was straightforward. The bicycle was shipped promptly, and I was able to track its progress during shipment. The bicycle was well-packed, and arrived without damage. I had no trouble following the instructional video to assemble the bike. Once assembled, the bicycle has been flawless: it shifts perfectly, stops with authority, and rides nimbly. I purchased the 600, and it truly is the perfect commuter bicycle. My one complaint, and it’s minor: the only color it comes in is black.

Received the bikes in a timely matter…
Received the bikes in a timely matter took about an hour or less to complete assembly on both of them. Love the belt drive and gearing system and couldn’t be more happier with our purchase they ride great!

Easy-Peesy
Previously, I had a great experience with the sale and performance of the Continuum Onyx that I had purchased. My research then and now has revealed that Priority is reputed to have great customer service, despite being an online, direct to consumer company. This has largely proven to be irrelevant, however, due to my not experiencing any problems. My new Current Plus is nearly perfect.

Great support on a great product
Ordered a replacement belt for my 10 year old Classic. Priority shipped promptly and directly to my local bike shop, in Florida. From the time I placed my order to getting back on the road was less than a week. It continues to be a great ride.

Not all stainless and can’t order parts :(
Update: priority called and apologized. They are sending the parts. Thank you and upgrading to 5 stars for the customer service
The bikes are fine but if I’m buying something because I don’t want rust, I want everything to be stainless or it’s pointless. I also lost an axle acorn nut and washer but when I called Priority they said they don’t sell those parts and to go to a local bike shop. Local bike shops did not have stainless axle nuts nor did they have acorn nuts. Regardless, if you sell bikes, you should sell parts. Disappointing so I will probably go back to buying locally and another brand.

My First Quality Bicycle
I have only owned big box store bicycles. I finally decided to invest in myself. I bought a Priority Coast 7 speed. It was easy to assemble using the supplied tools. I really like the Gates belt drive. The bicycle is made from quality parts. I prefer to buy from smaller, independant companies. The video on how to assemble the bicycle was very easy to follow. I feel that the Coast will last for decades as I maintain and service it. I feel that the Coast was the perfect bicycle for my use.

Solid adventure bike
It's a great bike, it would be 5 stars if the alphine hub worked as well as I expected...perhaps it needs to be adjusted? I might have waited to review the bike, but kept getting SPAMed about it.
Here is what I know so far, I've mostly used it for long-ish exploration rides, 3 metric centuries exploring a new area post-move. It has managed a variety of terrain and some very long (and at times steep) climbs. I believe I'm a bit slower on the climbs than on prior bikes, but feel more confident on the descents.

Mostly cool
Easy enough to order with decent advice via text chat to help with sizing and option decisions.
The bike is quality and easy to assemble using the YouTube instructions.
There’s little not to like. The front headlight assembly is not very robust at the hub connection and the rear rack I purchased sits too high over the back wheel, interfering with mounting/dismounting.
I would also have picked trigger shifters over the twist type were they available.

My experience has been very positive
My experience has been very positive. My only complaint has been how difficult it is to remove the battery. It takes a great deal of force to remove it and when I do, it lurches out and chips the paint. Fortunately, Priority included a bottle of touch-up paint!
