I had a breast reduction surgery at Esthe Clinic in Prague through Praga Medica, and everything went incredibly smoothly. The whole process was clearly explained from the beginning, and I felt completely at ease. Dr. Polak, who performed the surgery, was extremely professional—I knew right away I was in good hands.

A special thank you to Marketa, who was exceptional throughout. She handled everything with speed and care, from arranging my transfers to ensuring I was accompanied to pre-op exams—even while she was on annual leave!

I want to applaud the exceptional experience I had with Praga Medica regarding my recent blepharoplasty.

From my very first enquiry, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. Every member of the team, from the coordinators to the medical staff, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. However I would like to single out Jana Langova for particular praise. She handled all the communications months in advance deftly and with care. She met me at my hotel on the morning of my procedure and was immediately reassuring and helpful. We travelled to the clinic together where she assisted with the forms and speaking with the medical professionals. She waited while I had the procedure and ensured afterwards I was back at my hotel safe and sound. While the procedure is reasonably short and straightforward you quickly realise the trauma your eyes have undergone and being able to call on support and with regular check-ins in the days afterwards I felt safe and well cared for.

The clinic itself was modern and spotlessly clean, and the care I received was second to none. My surgeon Dr Šuk was excellent; he listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered a result that genuinely exceeded my expectations. I felt completely safe and looked after throughout my procedure.

The whole experience was first-class, and the value is unbeatable. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and feel so much more confident. If I could I would have attached a couple of photos to show the amazing results!

I would not hesitate to recommend Praga Medica to anyone considering a procedure. Thank you all once again for everything.

This is my second time dealing with Praga Medica. The first time was for IVF and this time was for cosmetic surgery. Both experiences were top notch and I highly recommend either clinic for your needs. My coordinator Marketa was super helpful and knowledgeable about the procedure and always got back to me in a timely fashion. She is very nice and not only helps you out at the clinic, but will also help with arrival plans, a place to stay and provide you with places to explore if you’ve never been to Prague. She helped walk me through the whole thing and was even there when I was released the next day. I had Dr. Pilka for my liposuction and he was caring and professional. The nurses were very attentive and the office staff polite. I am at 6 weeks of recovery now, and I am very happy with the results. Should I consider any other procedures in the future, I will definitely return to this clinic.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery (Refractive Lens Exchange). The information I received from Praga Medica helped me prepare for the surgery and understand what to expect. Every step of the process was professional and well-managed. Since I had been evaluated in the US prior to considering surgery abroad, I can confidently state that the pre-surgery examination and surgical process were extremely thorough and professional (exactly what I would have in the US). I was provided with an English-speaking translator (which was very nice). However, the medical professionals in Brno spoke English extremely well. Additionally, the surgery team was able to make an accommodation to my surgery and follow up schedule to align with our travel plans. Everything went smoothly, and I'm thrilled to be glasses-free!

Had my FEMTOLasik surgery on both eyes in the NeoVize clinic in Prague organized by Pragamedica. Could restore my full vision on both eyes already on the surgery day. Extremely happy with the result, service, transparency. The doctors explained me detailed every step in German/English and answered all my questions. The laser surgery itself was quick and painless. Life without glasses/contact lenses feels like a blessing, thank you very much! 100% recommend.

karoline was very helpful throughout this journey. From my first query she has always checked in and offered to assist in anyway she can. She still checks in as I’m seven weeks post surgery.

I was joined on the day of surgery by a lady named Marketa (I believe, apologies if I got it wrong) who was very friendly and a comfort, as I was there alone.

Overall the experience has been very positive. I’m seven weeks post surgery and I’m still waiting to see the final results before commenting on that however praga medicas service has been really great.

From the beginning the interactions were all amazing. Many details and care was provided and the whole trip thouroughly planned. The guidance is really beneficial and helpful for people from abroad to manage in the czech republic.
I was picked up and brought back, no additional costs and through the preparation until I got home with my family was really cared for by Jana. She did such a great job and was so so nice and lovely. Also Misha is a great young women who stayed with me until the operation took place. Overall I would have been more alone and it would have been dificult to manage, since english is not necessarily spoken.
I recommend Praga Medica to everyone who wants to do a procedure and is unsure or anxious to organize it alone. The service and especially Jana Langová and Misha are a blessing to have had. Thank you so much again and wish you all the best! <3

We have experienced just a great customer service from the beginning to the end. The operation went really well. My husband did both eyes on one day. It was successfull and he is very happy now because he doesn't need to wear glasses any more. It is a much more easier living now for him. Everything was perfectly organized from Vision Praga Medica. They have very friendly and professional staff. No waiting time, very experienced stuff. Great service! Thank you so much for your assistence and support!

Well from start to finish what can I say everything planned to perfection.
Lucy arranged everything with Dr Jandova . Lucy also suggested a Hotel the Don Giovanni which was just a 10 minute tram ride from the dentist. The hotel is also just 10 minutes from The old town
centre,perfect.
I had almost two full days in the chair and around 23 crowns done but I cannot fault a thing . My partner we came with me had a fault with one tooth . Lucy and Dr Jandova made time to look after June and a crown was made and fitted in 30 minutes
she is so pleased.
If you are thinking of Dentistry work I would not go anywhere else.
This a small and personal Dentist with all the latest high tech equipment. The cerec cadcam machines are amazing making your new teeth as you are in the chair .
Finally I would say it felt like Dr jandova had been my dentist all my life ,You cannot buy that comfortable feeling .

From the initial contact with Praga Medica to (even after) I arrived back home, every member of staff was courteous, helpful and professional.
Stayed at the Panorama Hotel (good) which is only an 8-minute walk from the clinic.
Procedure was explained in detail at every stage and you are chaperoned through the clinic by English speaking staff.
Do have the LenSx laser for the incisions - much less pressure on the eye and quicker recovery time.
I also opted for the Service package which was faultless.
The procedure itself was around 25 minutes for both eyes (opted to have both eye lenses replaced in one visit).
No pain during the procedure; however, you will feel a bit of pressure on each eye during actual lens replacement; doesn't last long, though.
Post operation, there was 'blurriness' around the outer edges of both eyes, which is normal and disappeared within 3 days. I no longer need to wear glasses and can read any small script. I also see halos around some lights; this is normal and expect this to disappear in time. I was able to drive on the 3rd day following the op.
Post-operative care instructions are comprehensive and are being followed to the letter!
Overall, an excellent experience from Praga Medica, who I would thoroughly recommend.

From the very first contact I was kept up to date and any questions I had were answered with all information clear, and relayed in a polite manner. The atmosphere in the clinic is welcoming and pleasant. The colour scheme and the staff add to the ambience, no rushing around or stress inducing mannerisms. Dealing with Lucie was pleasant and warm, as was the receptionist. Dr Teleshman is extremely dedicated to his work and explained in detail the work he had planned to do. Overall, this was a most pleasant experience and I would rate this Dental Practice very highly. For up to date dental work and care, for me who is not a fan of dental work, it was number one.

The consultants adam and Zuzana both were extremely helpful and detail oriented. My travel and eye surgery schedule was executed smoothly with their help. When I told Zuzana about my older son’s hospitalization and the possibility of changing my surgery procedure date, she was compassionate and tried to help me if needed. In the end, my son recovered enough for me not to change my schedule but I would still like to acknowledge her for her thoughtfulness and kindness.

From initial enquiry to aftercare instructions everything was extremely professional and efficient.
Karolina was my contact and answered all my queries and concerns about lens replacement without any obligation.
After making the decision to go ahead I was kept up to date at every stage, karolina took care of everything including hotel booking and transport.
The clinic (neovise) is modern and the staff friendly and accommodating. Tomaz was on hand at all times for questions and explanations.
The procedure was quick and painless with the results almost immediate. I put my glasses in the bin on the way out!!
I'll be highly recommending the same to all my friends, family and workmates that are anxiously awaiting my feedback.

I had an appointment with Vision Express to discuss the best option for me to rectify my vision. It was explained the Laser surgery would not be viable and that I would require Refractive Lens Exchange, i had largely a full day of tests to confirm this and give me a quote, which ended up being over £8000 for both eyes. I decided not to pursue this option.

A couple of years later i was made aware that these procedures are much cheaper abroad so i looked into it at length. Though Praga Medica were not the cheapest option i came across, their reviews and the overall reviews of the Czech medical standards were a massive contributing factor in my choice.

I contacted Praga Medica and was introduced to Daniela who explained how everything worked, took the details from my previous tests with Vision Express and confirmed that they could achieve the results i wanted and confirmed the price.

I have to say Daniela was not pushy but was incredibly patient. I was reluctant due to being so vulnerable in a foreign country and the fact that it's my eyes, but Daniela was reassuring and i eventually ended up placing a deposit, the full price being around half of what i was quoted in England.

Following that it was easy from there. I was given dates to select from, i booked flights and a hotel accordingly and Daniela sorted basically everything else. Before i left i was given a full itinerary, a taxi was arranged to pick me up from the airport and basically everything ran smoothly.

Prague was beautiful, lots to see and do and i found i had plenty of time to sight see as the appointments were spread out by necessity.

While i was in the clinic i was always accompanied by a translator (which was debatably not necessary as all of the staff i came in contact with were fluent in English). I did note at various points a German and French translator with various patients which may have been more necessary, but it was good to have that security.

The staff were all friendly, polite and reassuring, at no point did i regret my decision (with the possible exception of during the procedure).

After all of the testing which directly mirrored that i'd been through with Vision Express, i approached the procedure with an appropriate amount of trepidation, and i have to say, it is terrifying. Having your eye clamped open and having someone maneuver a sharp object in your eye will never not be horiffic, i watched videos of the procedure before hand and i was still not prepared. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. That said, the surgeon and the staff were all professional and proficient and after the procedure, which was very quick, i got a surprise photo with the surgeon and comprehensive aftercare instructions.

The vision improvement was almost immediate (once the anesthetic started to wear off) and i had an eye test to confirm the results at the same clinic the following day before flying home.

It's been around 5-6 weeks since my operation and i've just had an independent eye test with Specsavers which i was waiting for before i wrote this review. I can confirm i now have 20/20 vision.

In terms of lasting effects from the surgery, i can confirm that i get halos, not just at night but some during the day, they're actually very attractive and have not caused me any issues as yet.

While using the anti-biotics my vision did frequently get blurry but i think this is due to them drying my eyes out, this has since passed since i've finished my course. My eyes are a little drier than they were but i expect this to reduce as time goes on, eye drops sort the problem but even without them my vision doesn't really blur anymore.

In summary, i would recommend 100%. Thank you Praga Medica for the excellent service and especially thank you to Daniela for your patience and diligence.

I have been burdened by glasses/contact lenses for 30 years and the last month i've been free of them.
