Poor quality

Poor quality. After a few uses, the inner coating started peeling off, and the fan made a loud noise. Very disappointing

I have a Uten Air Fryer

I have a Uten Air Fryer. I’ve been fairly impressed, but I’m not getting that food on lower rack doesn’t cook well when you’d think it’d be evenly distributed,so taken to alternating food to heat it through.
Not getting it,as I pre heat before using it 🤷‍♀️
I do get food in a conventional oven doesn’t cook as fast on lower shelf, but it at least cooks.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, the Power Air Fryer Coker looked fantastic in the shop, colourful pictures of appetising food, so like the gullible mugs we were we parted with money and brought one.
Oh...how I rue the day...
Simple to use...sure if you have the patience, and the hand eye co-ordination of somebody who defuse bombs, fiddly it is.
Aaah yes. The famous rotisserie which promises joints cooked to perfection.
With anticipation the beef joint was put in, following the instructions, we added extra time on (the guide is only a guide) and watched it cook. It looked amazing, we even added more time on to make sure it was cooked through and more again...it looked cooked through until I attempted to carve the joint, blood everywhere.
So….one beef joint put in the oven....old school cooking.
The issue is that this piece of junk does not do any one thing particularly well, a joint on a rotisserie needs to be basted, and not put under a glorified hairdryer, which is why the meat is over cooked on the outside and raw in the middle. It is not designed to roast joints or poultry, in fact the only thing it is designed to do in my opinion is empty your bank account.

Horrible chips

The chicken come out ok, but the chips are either over cooked and hard as rocks or raw, we have also seen a combination of raw and over cooked in same chip.
The machine is extremely loud , no volume setting available. Not worth the money , would not recommend.

Everything sticks to it!

Everything sticks to the basket even if you spray it first - it doesn't keep that nice bright copper colour. Meat turns out tough - it toughens the skins on sausages. The only thing I use it for these days is for frozen potato cubes. I bought the 5 litre for a family of four, but you can't cook anything for more than two people as the fry is uneven and too bulky to lift and shake the content, which are stuck to the bottom of the basket anyway!

Terrible customer service

When I sent the email shown below to Power Air Fryer (using the address shown on their website) I received a could not deliver error message. Just how bad is the service this company provides?

I would like to buy your air fryer, but have had some horrible experiences with customer service and am very concerned with the quality of your service and product because of that. Here is a list of all the problems I had:
1. I went into chat, waited five minutes and finally quit.
2. I went back into chat and waited another five minutes before I quit.
3. Tried chat two more times then gave up.
4. Then I tried to call the 800 number, when I asked for some reassurance that this was not typical, I was told that she could give me the customer service number after the call. I asked her if that meant I had to buy before I could get some reassurance. Her reply was that her only job was to take orders. I hung up.
5. When I called back, I was immediately given the 973 number. I told her that I find it interesting that placing orders was an 800 number but not when dealing with a problem. I was assured that it was also a toll free number.
6. When I called the 973 number, I was given 3 choices press 1 for ordering, 2 for information about an order, or 3 for something else. I pressed 3. When I pressed 3, I was told that the wait time was 5 minutes, but I could leave my telephone number. I typed my number, including the area code. Then I was told that it was not a valid number because it had to have 10 digits: it did have 10 digits. Tried to key it in again and got the same response.

One of the reasons I selected your air fryer was the good report in Consumers Report. However, you can be assured that they will find out about your customer service. This has been a horrible experience.
Can you solve these problems? In addition to reassurance about the quality of your customer service, I also want my original question answered: If I buy it online, will I get the same 6 bonuses that are offered on TV: 3 books, free shipping, $100 worth grocery coupons, rotating basket, rotisserie stand, and 3 racks? Will this apply to the Elite as well?
Any reply from your company will have to be in writing.
