Avoid - I bought a number of posts via their supplier, B&Q, but I had to return a few. The process went smoothly until it came to getting my money back. They keep lying to me, saying my refund has been processed, yet I have never received my refund. This has gone on for weeks now, and I am still waiting for my money.
