I bought the Polished London power and been using for 2 weeks now. I took a picture of my teeth before and took a picture today (as people have said noticed a difference in 2 weeks) well I've definitely noticed a difference as my teeth seem to be going yellow and not white....WTAF. how is that possible? Even my partner said to me last week your teeth seem to be going yellow I joked and said that's the stains coming out.....but nope getting more yellow. My teeth looked not bad before as I'm not a smoker or coffee drinker and only drink water. Don't waste your money. I'm gutted going to have to try and sort my teeth out now!

Great customer service! Helped me as I made a mistake on my order and responded within 24 hours. I got teeth whitening strips, toothbrush and powder.

I have super sensitive teeth and these have helped me loads.
Would definitely recommend. Would buy again

I purchased the ‘Hydro XP Dental Capsule’ and really enjoyed using it, it definitely worked on my retainers.
However, it has recently stopped working, I have contacted the company TWICE, and have heard nothing back from them. Disappointing that they will not get in contact.

I have previously used a whitening product from my Dentist with average results for the financial investment. So I thought this time I would try a Pharmacy brand and I met Polished London. After 2 weeks of following my treatment plan half the time my teeth are 3 shades lighter. I have experienced no sensitivity and the regime is easy to adapt to travel. I absolutely recommend Polished London. Natural ingredients that improve your mouth microbiome and don't harm your enamel coating.

I absolutely love these products! Been using the teeth whitening strips along with the powder for years and the new powder is incredible! The results are so quick and I’ve been getting lots of compliments on how white my teeth look! I always recommend to family and friends :)

I've had a great experience with Polished London the shopping web page is easy to use and is very clear no hidden charges. I'm also blown away how when I place an order at lunchtime and a couple of hours its been dispatched which is a fantastic turnaround time. They have taken the task of looking after your teeth to the next level with their fantastic products.

Huge scam. Do not buy from here. They sent me a faulty product over a month ago. I have tried to get in contact with them multiple times and they won't respond.

Shocking customer service and delay with products. Waited over 20 days for my order which still didn’t arrive. After numerous messages requesting a refund (none of which were acknowledged) I received an auto reply confirming refund issued. Would not recommend.

Another massive thumbs down for Polished London!

I ordered a £70 dental capsule from Polished London in May, it arrived a few weeks later (though they advised me of the delay) and then stopped working less than 4 months later. They said they would send a replacement which never arrived and then stopped responding to my emails. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES and a sub-standard product. Avoid this company at all costs!

Only put one star so I could write a review. Do not buy from this company as they do not respond to your email when you have a problem. I have just sent my 3rd email to them fingers crossed that they reply. I bought a Hydro XP Capsule that doesn’t work £69.99 not cheep.Absolutely disgusting after sales customer service.😡

I got the teeth whitening strips, and while I found they stuck on well, I found the whitening paste came out from the strips and just ended up in my mouth. I tried the minimum time and maximum time. Tucked the strips under my teeth and even put them higher in the gum line to try. I found this did not make any difference. I seen a slight difference in colour. I was just left very disappointed.

Bought the expensive teeth whitening kit and used it four times. It has made absolutely no difference to my teeth colour. Do not buy. A complete waste of a considerable amount of money. I bought this from Ragdale hall and will be advising them not to stock the line in future.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Polished London. I've been using their products for over a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The products are great and work almost instantly. I recently ordered 2x new toothbrush heads but only received one in the post. I emailed customer service who got back to me within 48 hours and had another sent out straight away. They were very apologetic and when I received my new parcel, they had sent me another pack of 2 and a free teeth whitening pen with a note apologising again. I can't fault this company at all. Very pleased :)
