Ordered an engraved watch....received an e mail 2 hours later stating the watch had been despatched.I panicked, thinking they were sending it without the engraving.So rang up, spoke to a very helpful young lady, who confirmed that the engraving had been done !!
I was amazed, what a service. I had paid an extra £3.50 only for 'tracked' postage.
20 hours....yes 20 hours after ordering the watch arrived.
Great watch, exactly as described....the engraving is lovely.
First class service.
Highly recommend.

Order was almost impossible to place. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive then my 150$ watch fell apart after 3 days and stopped working on the 4th. Company wanted me to return it in England at a cost of 40+$ shipping. Still waiting to see if they will replace it and once again I'm stuck trying to do my job with out a watch.
I couldn't be paid to purchase from this company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You are better off paying more and buying from Amazon.
