We love the convenience of Plushcare…

We love the convenience of Plushcare with scheduling, Rx, and mostly just love Dr. Huggins. My husband really trusts and likes her which Is very rare for him. We appreciate Plushcare very much and have recommended to 9ur family.

I had an incredibly negative experience…

I had an incredibly negative experience with Dr. Taralee Adams. As a registered nurse, I have a good understanding of my own health, but Dr. Adams dismissed my concerns and challenged the symptoms I was explaining. Instead of listening or offering support, she made me feel as though I was completely wrong about how I was feeling. Her bedside manner was completely lacking, and it was disheartening to be treated this way by a medical professional. I expect to be heard and treated with respect, especially when discussing my health, but unfortunately, I did not feel that at all during this visit. I would not recommend this online telehealth or physician based on my experience.

Fastest way to get care

I was able to get an appointment and get the care I needed. The initial doctor was a no-show and I initially had some trouble reaching customer service but both issues were resolved with an hour so still 4 stars.

Website not transparent - HIPPA Violation

Website wasn't transparent about GLP1, Dr was late, kind of rude, was talking to someone else in the room to make sure they wear sunscreen - hello - HIPPA? That person heard my name and birthdate. Pretty much was told to get labs and schedule back with her in 2 weeks - another $129 and I felt like they were going to 2 week me several times. Then when I had questions rushed me through it and hung up on me!

HORRIBLE communication by medical team, good doctors

If you like endless loops of copied and pasted generic responses this is the app for you.

What you won’t get is actual help unless you are actually speaking to the doctor. The doctors seem great but you pay a copay every time and it seems like they are deliberately incompetent with communication to force you to book more sessions.

It’s bordering on fraud, if not fraud.

Seamless, Supportive, and Stress-Free: My PlushCare Experience

My PlushCare virtual health visit was a great experience overall. The process was easy to access and navigate — from signing up on the website, booking the appointment immediately, and clicking the link to join the visit with the doctor. It was smooth and seamless.

I also love that they offer a mobile app, so you can log in anytime, access your information, connect with your doctor, and reach customer service easily. The app and website both keep you fully updated, including when your prescription is sent, and you can see everything clearly in your portal.

My doctor was very understanding, listened to me, and even applauded me for how informed I was about my own health. There were no hiccups, no confusion, and I felt genuinely heard. The doctor also encouraged me to stay on track with my health goals and offered to continue supporting me.

Overall, if you’re looking for a doctor who will listen, understand, and partner with you on your health journey — all from the comfort of your own home — I highly recommend PlushCare. I truly enjoyed the service and look forward to staying a patient long-term.

Very easy process to schedule an…

Very easy process to schedule an appointment with a doctor using the app. Selected the doctor of my choice and was able to get an appointment within an hour. Great communication and follow up after my appointment. I will use PlushCare again.
