**************Buyer Beware**************

Ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 from them on April 24
Paid in full.
They contacted me on June 3 saying they can't fill the order. They blamed Nintendo for their lack of planning.
Self proclaimed video game superstore with no contacts at Nintendo? They are still selling on their website. Don't do it.

Worst game store ever !!!

Worst game store ever, i payed for an expensive item and they shipped me some trash and wont ship the real item i payed good money for. Would never recommend this scammer business to anyone unless you want to be scammed out of hard working money !!

Absolutely horrible way to handle…

Absolutely horrible way to handle Switch 2 preorders. You should not take switch preorders if you are “sold out”. On top of that, you should not wait until over a month later to realize it and issue emails saying that orders are “voided”. If you have issues with it being “sold out”, issue emails saying certain orders are delayed and fulfill the order once you receive more stock. What a horrible experience overall with this company.

Happy with result

My daughter made a late request for Christmas gift...to have an Xbox at her dad's place like the one she has at her mom's. I searched online and came across Player's Choice. There was some Xbox availability. 👍 I didn't 100 percent realize that the products were previously owned/ used but Players Choice delivered a well packaged Xbox, that worked without issue and in time for the holiday!! Your website was easy to use and you gave clear information about possible shipment delays and that was reassuring.

Good experience and video game worked!

When I purchased a video game for Christmas, I waited for the shipping and I was worried that this website was a scam and we wouldn’t get the gift…BUT…it wasn’t a scam at all! We got the video game that I ordered and it worked in good condition and no problems at all!

Wish I could give negative stars….my friend had a confirmed order 4/10 for her autistic sons’s birthday gift. Which is mid June. This guy canceled the order to then resale the child’s gift for 300 bucks more. Stay away !

I purchased a switch 2 on 4/9 early in…

I purchased a switch 2 on 4/9 early in the morning. Preorders where up till 4/24 and that's when they sold out. I emailed the company to confirm my order and they replied saying it's in. The site also says do not preorder unless you want to lock in your order. Yet today I got a cancellation of my order. I have tried to reach out to the company but go zero reply back. Now I see that they have re posted the switch 2 for a higher price. How can you have zero stock available hence the cancellation and put up switch 2 for order at a higher price. Makes no sense. Oh sorry I had to cancel because we don't have enough but there are more on our site for a higher price... What a joke. Nothing they say can justify this. If they need to sell it at a higher price why didn't they reach out and give me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to pay more before they cancelled? This company is clearly a scammer company. Only interested in money not customers. I hope everyone reads this and chooses to never buy from them so they lose massively on everything. You get what you deserve and you deserve nothing.

Cancelled my order than opened preorders for $799

Ordered earlier than others. Got the cancelled email today for my order. Misleading and deceptive marketing. For once I wish I went with Amazon.

Saw reviews about the company but hoped the good ones were true. Nope. Switch 2 a new company for your needs. This one will let you down.

Seller has consoles listed for $799 now available on his site. Amazing how they cancel confirmed paid preorders to overcharge customers for $200 more. You bring shame to the games.

Do NOT trust this company

Yesterday, early in the morning, I purchased a Switch 2 from their store's website because I wasn't able to get any from the big retailers. After a fruitful conversation with the company, I smiled and went about my day. After all, I was able to preorder a new Nintendo Switch 2.

However, this morning, they canceled my Switch 2 preorder and, when I looked up how much they were selling it for? They went FAR more than the original MSRP, almost DOUBLING the original price, essentially trying to scalp the common consumer into purchasing a Switch 2. When I complained to them via e-mail, they informed that a) Nintendo promised that they would give this company 1000 units and b) the reason for the INSANE upcharge is because they need to go through another middle man.

When I asked for a phone number that I could contact David through, I have not gotten a response and, more importantly, when I looked on their site again? They are selling a "PlayStation 5 Slim Console Digital Edition - 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle - Gray" and are ALSO upcharging this console by $300 when, if you were to purchase it from Sony directly, you would play the regular $499.

This company desperately wants to make an extra buck from desperate consumers and parents who want to make their children's experience a little more special.

Do not trust this company at all.

The system works as described and the games are a great trip down memory lane.
The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because of the time it took to ship everything out.
I didn't realize it would be coming from ebay.
