I have ordered a set of car pillow, they sent only the weist pillow, but neck pillow was missing.
They sent an email, confirming they will investigate the case, since then no answer.
HQ is in Luxemburg as they say, but product comes directly from China. So it is a chinese company, if they srew you, they don’t care. Volume counts.
I am sad and disapponted.

Parcels arrived (finally) from China, so seems to be another china store front. The item had a logo on it that wasn't even on it's package. Not to mention that the item was so poorly protected (only a layer of cardboard protecting it). Needless to say it was broken in transit. It took almost a week for them to answer inquiries about the progress of the package. Expecting a long wait to get this sorted. Will keep posted on the progress.

It has now been a week, I was promised full refund. However money is nowhere to be seen.

Quality School Bag. 8 days delivery to my country but the Local couriers very bad service because of the short staff and to many orders online . I think the Couriers they need to understand for better service because soon will be everything online.

It took a long time to come with this global situation on transport more than 17 days.. but is worth the wait. guys.. plz dnt mark as package delivered until and unless the customer receives it because now the Post office on my town is very slow on delivery
