Following that he immediately raise a request for a replacement pitcher. It came to me within a week and my H2 generator is up and running. I don’t live in the US. I appreciate very much Mark’s professionalism and swift respond to my issue. I am glad that I am kart if the Piurify community.

Comparing the prices to other identical products that make hydrogen water a product looks good feels good I've been using it for a couple weeks price wasn't that bad overall it's okay if you can catch it on sale or coupon or something

I have been using the Piurify hydrogen water bottle for about a week. It took about 2 weeks between ordering and receiving the item. My inquiries about my order were answered swiftly and courteously. I appreciate the personalized customer service that Mark provide to me. I am very grateful for that. Everything was packaged well and works as stated on the site. I am excited to use this product and determine it's effectiveness over time. The data on research for consuming hydrogenated water and inhalation of hydrogen is promising. I am an adult nurse practitioner, studying functional medicine, always taking a deep dive into the body and looking for ways to support it's natural functioning. I learned of the use of hydrogen therapy in a recent seminar where a functional medicine MD uses it as part of her protocol in reversing the effects of her own MS diagnosis as well as in the treatment of various other neurodegenerative and autoimmune diseases. I look forward to continuing the use of this product and evaluating the effects. Thank you again Mark. You were most helpful. :)

New to this quality water system with your type of machines, I was walked through it by your excellent staff questions were answered in a timely manner, and I’m doing really great with it right now. When I purchased the Piurify system I went to use the code at the top of the website for 25 dollars off which said "not valid." I reached out to the customer service representative whose response was "the code is no longer active, thank you for letting us know." The correct response would have been to honor their error and provide the 25 dollars off so I believe that some of the customer service reps need to be trained a little better to provide an improve customer experience.
