Great team especially Darren

Great team especially Darren. Really look after you. Just brought a Kia ceed 9 months old and I have a full 7 years warranty with it thanks to the team. Also new car mats and 2 years free rac cover. If you want a new or used car go here

The whole process of the purchase was seamless.

Nick (Jervis) handled everything with the minimum of fuss and to a very high standard.

Friendly and professional service

I called in on the off chance and saw Nick Jervis who offered to see me straight away. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me really helpful advice regarding the cars available. I was very impressed and would happily deal with Nick and Piccadilly again

Jess is the embodiment of excellent customer service

Jess on the service desk was exceptional when my Sportage had to go in for a serious repair. She kept me informed every step of the way regularly. She was friendly and very helpful as were Sarah and Tom when we returned to collect my car. Jess's customer service what superb and so rare in this day and age. You're a credit to Kia Piccadilly. Motability Kia Wakefield

I would publicly like to thank Lee from Wakefield for making me feel so comfortable when ordering my first car from Motability. From start to finish Lee has done everything he said he would. He rang me every couple of wks with updates , even when there was nothing yet on his system. I ordered the Kia stonic as it was best for me with my mobility issues. Ordered my car end January and Lee called me few days ago to say car was in and how beautiful it was. Picked up yesterday and Lee showed me everything about it and how everything worked. He is an absolute credit to your company. Thank you so much

Taken to local Repairers ad blue and Fuel injector car does not require engine replacement.

Excellent Service Team at Wrenthorpe

While the Sales Team at Wrenthorpe may have communication problems, the Service Team go above and beyond what is required of them.
As a 'mechanical idiot' I was unhappy with the sound my car was making and so-called in to see if anyone was available to listen to the engine.
Although they were busy with cars already booked in, they took time out to have a listen to my engine which of course was fine !
Despite probably thinking 'Poor old soul' they never once let it show and even insisted a mechanic went with me for a quick run to make sure they had not missed anything.
The mechanic in the car could not have been more supportive. I lost count of the number of times I apologized for wasting his time but he was totally unfazed and simply said, "These things happen", and told me to bring it back if it happened again.
As a retired Customer Services Manager I know I am very critical of standards of service but the Service Team at Wrenthorpe went far beyond what I expected - or deserved - and I have no qualms in recommending them to anyone for any servicing or motoring problems.

Service and advice from Piccadilly

I bought my car from Piccadilly motors last year and was particularly impressed with the sales team. Took it back for service which was efficiently and promptly carried out. I want to give a special mention to the manager Adam who kindly removed some marks from my car headliner. He also gave me some other , very helpful,car related advice. Highly recommended and would have been a 5 were it not for the fact that i'm still waiting fro a quote for some body work repairs.

Visited Piccadilly Motors in October 23 where I sat down with Andy Hill who helped me choose my new Niro . I was so excited to pick it up last week. It looked great on the forecourt and new straight away I’d made the right choice. Thanks Andy for all your help from me choosing the right car to driving it away The process was seamless . Piccadilly Motors have out done themselves again

Great Customer Service - Great Experience

Our recent visit to Piccadilly Motors Knaresborough was nothing short of fantastic. Connor Stephenson provided exceptional service with a knowledgeable and friendly approach. The showroom is lovely, and the entire process, from car selection to collection, was really smooth.

Connor's lack of pushiness was refreshing, making the experience enjoyable. His detailed instructions and help during car collection where he had already set up usernames, paired phones, and even fuelled up the car, showcased a level of service that exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend Piccadilly Motors Knaresborough for their excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and overall positive car-buying experience. They've earned my trust, and I'm confident they'll impress anyone seeking a top-notch dealership.

Bullying

Bullying MD.
Was sold a vehicle which turned out to be faulty. I was still within the time frame to return the vehicle for its faults. Only to be told over the phone ‘there’s nothing wrong with it’. How can they tell without looking at it.
I then received a phone call from the manager stating that because I had mentioned I would get some legal advice they were willing to take me to court over the vehicle as they were not going to deal withthe faults that came with it.
Total scam and a shambles. Never use. Don’t touch. Especially if you’re female they will bully you no end to try get you to back down. I knew fine well what was wrong with that car and it was dangerous but because I’m female they thought they knew better and could attempt to rip me off
