I ordered this on April 7 and just got it after giving them 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I am not sure what happened because I ordered one previously and got it on time. The item is as advertised and looks great.

I tried to register his chip with petkey and was denied as it was invalid. I went to my vet and they checked his chip numbers and told me that my dog was registered with you.I contacted you and it went right through. Thank you for helping to keep my pet safe.

I have two main complaints about Petlink GPS. For a company that sells a real-time tracking device, at least for me, real-time customer service is tantamount. The only point of contact is their internal email system, which brags, " we'll usually get back to you in a couple of hours". My experience has been that it takes several days to resolve all but the most minor of problems. My other issue is that the GPS units are nowhere near to the waterproof standard required for a dog's daily actions, they do swim. We've been customers for less than 6 months, and the third unit replacement is 'in the mail' for dog 1, dog two's second replacement.
The basic operation of the unit is ok. There are several minutes delay for any out of boundary notifications. I have yet to be able to utilize the flashing light or audible signal, even when within the suggested range.
So far our experience with Petlink has not been stellar, but we have not used other devices, so perhaps my expectations are unrealistic.

Easy peasy process to register our dog’s existing chip with PetLink after her original chip company went defunct. Good communication after ordering tag for her as well. Our second pet with PetLink and we are pleased.

Petlink is watching over my beloved dog when I am away from home to be sure he is safe here and that nobody steals him from me. They are going above and beyond with providing health and exercise coverage as well.

It's a good thing to have because these little puppies or dogs tend to want to go prowl into everything and this way you know if they get lost you have them protected with the chip just so many little things that the pet link provides and it's a win anyway you look at it so you always would know where your dog is if he gets lost I've had mine for maybe 6 weeks my new puppy and he has got his choker off three times so it just pays stuff have any little thing that can help us to always protect our puppy cuz they're like children I'm retired now so this beagle I got from the humane society is like my boy his name is Benny.

Thanks for sending a replacement for Scout's tag. The order was handled quickly and delivery was prompt. Packaging allowed for mailbox insertion so there was nothing left at the front door. Good work, PetLink!
