Website is hard to navigate back and forth. Simple things like adding rewards to order are difficult. The search engine is horrible. If you don’t put exactly what you want in search engine you can get 0 results. I left the “M “off of ,no make up make up, and got 0 results. This website is just lengthy to get though, and a little redundant. Otherwise, I receive product quickly, and I love what I buy. But the website several years ago was so much easier than this one

First time customer problems Navigating the site was difficult.The location of the specials was difficult to read , review other items and then get back to the specials. Also the process of reviewing the order for accuracy was not clearly explained or directed. However I did get my order processed and I'm anxious to receive the products.

TOO MANY RULES IN ORDER TO GET A DISCOUNT. WHEN FINALLY GOT TO THE END I WAS SHORT $4.70 TO GET THE LAST DISCOUNT. WHAT A TRICK, NOTHING IS AVAILABLE FOR ANYTHING CLOSE TO THAT AMOUNT.

I placed an order with a -$19.50 (July sale) that was clearly indicated on one of the check out pages. I had a credit of $15.00 that I used and it was also clearly marked on the same page. The page that comes up where you make the payment did not reflect the bill showing the entire order and discounts. When it processed it was $20+ more than what the page that reflected the total (with the discounts), and once again, that was not reflected on the final page. So- I left a message for Brandi (she had texted or called to let me know about the sale, (although I’m new with her and she is new to Perricone, as an advisor, I believe). I am disputing $20+ discrepancy. If I can’t get an adjustment I’m calling the credit card company that I used and disputing that charge. You need to clean up the check out page. Reflect the entire bill right where you are paying. If I had seen anything different than what was being reflected on a “check out page, I would have not paid and called Brandi. This needs attention on Monday, July 7th!

This Is What Happens when CEOs sell out companies overseas. And for those of you who stayed with the merger you must know this! How very sad. I used to love Perricone. Also- please have a way to get these products in the summer, in particular, to be shipped directly to your door, Transferring from UPS to USPS is Not great out here where I live. First of all there are theives within the post office (hard to believe- but true), I’ve had numerous events myself with these knuckleheads and have had to report them to my senator’s office. It only gets better for awhile, then they are back at stealing again. Add to this, we have had four episodes where mailbox thieves open the mailboxes and steal mail. I’m in a
Del web!! It’s like living in a third world country! Plus summer in particular is brutally hot here and I don’t dare order anything that could be damaged by heat especially when the order is going to end up in usps hands! The best way around this is to mail out ups without changing hands to usps. Direct to your door Only! Fed Ex is also okay and will not push the orders to usps-I believe. They are pretty reliable out here. There should be two options for carriers-always. And Please offer an option for signature required- that usually stops the usps issues, however it doesn’t prevent the product getting overheated. The carriers don’t have air conditioning in those usps vehicles-I don’t know about ups. I believe fed ex does. Please also forward this to the appropriate source (customer service) in England at the mother company. Let me know you did this. Thank you. Kathleen Clarkson
