Shambles

Tried calling PDS Auctions as recommended by a friend (colleague) who'd sold her face painting stock through them when she closed her shop. I wanted to ask if they'd sell my face painting stock I had left as closing my shop after 20 years. Got passed through to a lady who hadn't a clue what she was doing. She said they didn't sell to individuals ie had made an assumption about me instead of checking the facts first. My business is VAT registered so that will tell them how much turnover I have done minimum! Told her I was a business so a bit of discussion with a colleague and then said that they didn't sell the stock I had. Really? you sold for a colleague of mine the exact same stuff a while back and wasn't a problem then. She then discussed again with a colleague despite saying she was on her own in the office. In the end gave up. PDS auctions is an absolute shambles. Go elsewhere if you want a discussion on getting rid of your stock.

Absolute useless company

Absolute useless company. Email sent to request a viewing of an item. Email received asked which auction and more details? Returned email with more information and no response. Decided to give them a call. No idea of item and told me the item was not in Bedfordshire. Finally found the item I wanted to view, took telephone and email details as the representative needed to find more details on item. Guess what - still waiting for a communication. Don’t waste you time with this incompetent company.
