Lack of Response and Refund

I am extremely frustrated that no one has responded to my emails or messages, and I have been unable to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts. I’ve contacted your team several times with no follow-up.

Regarding the refund, if I continue to receive no response, I will initiate a dispute to recover the payment.

Fraudulent

Fraudulent - would not recommend. Additional information was requested by PetScreening, and I reached out via phone call, email, chat, and here on TrustPilot, and never got a response or a refund. The additional questions in the screening are intended to validate the ESA, and the lack of response suggests that this may not be a valid resource after all.

Unable to contact for additional assistance

I purchased an ESA doctor's letter on 4/28/2025, but my apartment complex is requesting additional forms to be completed via PetScreening. I have called, emailed, and reached out to PDSC via their online chat but have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I have used PDSC in the past and have had no issues but it seems apartments are getting smarter by using PetScreening and challenging the validity of ESA documentation. In this way, PDSC falls very short as I cannot get ahold of anyone to verify my documentation with my apartment complex. I would like a refund, as stated on the PDSC website, but it seems they won't even do that since they are un-contactable. 1 star. Will not use again.

No one is responding to my emails or answering my calls. I try to use the chat box online and there's no response. I am only needing my ESA letters to include further info that my apartment is requesting. Please help.

Letters are too generic and probably AI generated

I purchased the add-on Paperwork Renewal and it's very clear that everything is being generated by AI. The initial ESA letter wasn't approved by my leasing office and they have requested more information, however after purchasing the additional service I received the same ESA Letter. I have yet to hear back via email and it's extremely frustrating that I might be responsible for pet deposit and rent, after paying $150 for documents that seem to have worked for others. I hope the business owners can assist me ASAP

edit: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 star, I eventually heard back from them a few days later and was told they have a high volume of requests. I was able to get a new letter to submit, and PDS verified the letter with Petscreening. Petscreening approved my 2 cats as ESA and I no longer have to battle with my leasing office regarding pet deposit or rent. PDS Center does work, but make sure that you have ample time to hear back from them and don't wait a few days before your deadline.

Very supportive and caring

PDS has helped me for over 4 years now and they’ve been helpful from the beginning until now. Even though at times they weren’t available to take my call, they were always quick to respond to my voicemails, emails and chats. PDS is overall compassionate and caring
