Ripped off for 49.99

Ripped off for 49.99 when I just wanted to pay for one day. It was too late to obtain a refund once the charge appeared on my card statement and my credit card company would not reverse the charge.
The one document I wanted to be converted would not upload, so I felt totally let down and fleeced.

These people are con artists

These people are con artists. Do NOT use their service. I paid a £1 conversion of a PDF to a word doc. It automated to a £49.99 per month subscription and they won't refund it.

The option "simple mode" works for ONLY ONE TIME, afterwards, the option that is actually useful, SIMPLE MODE, disappears, and you have to buy a one week again as a new user if you want it back. It is a trick, cheap trick.

I selected the one week option as I knew I may have to make several changes, and right after I cancelled the monthly/yearly subscription, to make sure they would not charge me and I would not forget. On the main page they say 2eur for 1 week use, and in fact, they only offer the nice options if you don't cancel the long term subscription.

I paid just for one day, but even then it did not do what I needed it to. Then I got billed for 49.99. I did not mind paying for one day even though it did not convert my file, but upset to get billed 49.99
