I absolutely love Payne

I absolutely love Payne. Over the last four years, I’ve bought 10 pairs of glasses from them. Every single time the experience has been excellent. They ship fast and are well-made. Most recently, I had an eye doctor give me a bad prescription. After the prescription was adjusted by my doctor, Payne's customer service went out of their way to make sure I got new glasses with the right prescription. This wasn't their fault in any way, but they made sure I was happy. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. I’ll never buy glasses from a retail store again. I can’t see myself using any other online eyeglass site again, either. Payne has earned a customer for life!

First time user and I am impressed.

Payne glasses was recommended by a friend and I must say they did not disappoint. I wear progressives with a rather strong prescription and , in the past, I have had difficulty with the field of vision for each distance being correct. Not with Payne. The glasses I received not only are correct but they are very lightweight compared to my previous lenses. And you can't beat the price.
I received my glasses in a timely manner (less than 2 weeks).

Payne Glasses is the BEST!

I love Payne Glasses. I have a bazillion pairs. LOL. I love the executive bifocal which is extremely hard to find. Payne has them. The price if their glasses is only a third or less of the cost at local stores and cheaper than most every place I've looked online. Wonderful selection. Comfortable fit.

Last minute glasses

I ordered my glasses on the 25th of June but didn't expect to get them for 2-4 weeks down the road. After my order was placed, we had an opportunity to take a little vacation so I sent Payne an email, asking for a little help in rushing my glasses thru. They were shipped on the following day (30th) but the information stated that they wouldn't arrive until the 7th which was the day we were leaving. To my surprise, they were sitting in my mailbox two days later so it was a super fast turn-around and after a little adjusting, they fit like a glove. I am so happy Payne was able to pull this off on such short notice. Thank you again...I highly recommend this company. Incidentally, this is my 3rd or 4th pair of glasses with this company in the last few years.
On an added note, we have five dogs so it was hard finding a suitable babysitter for our babies. First vacation in a while for us...

Long-time Payne customer

Long-time Payne customer. Nice experience, as usual. Although, I like your old filter process while searching for frames. Your current method is fine, but takes a little longer than the older way. Every time you enter a number, it processes for a few seconds, then you have to scroll down to find where you were, enter another number, then wait for processing, then, again, have to go back to where you were. Kinda frustrating.

I love my new glasses

I love my new glasses. I ordered my 5th or is it 6th pair and it all went great ! Got a new pair of computer bifocals and they work perfectly .
The frames fit just like I hoped.
