I bought from West Allis
I bought from West Allis, a $1k Figaro chain. I called and spoke to someone in jelwery. I asked them to confirm the length, function clasp and run it through their fingers to make sur.e their were no repairs previously done. I asked about the return policy, they said I could return to my nearest Pawn America, which was reassuring.
About 2 weeks later I purchased a chain again online with the St Cloud store, the jewelry person didn't feel as knowledgeable. I had to explain how to check for kinks. I asked about return policy, it must be returned to their store. For a sent by mail return I would have to call the 952 number first. I thought that was kind of weird. Ive purchased both from Anoka and the. Fridley store. Both were fine, but that lady at the Fridley store was amazing!
