First class product I ordered my shirt and it's absolutely spot on excellent quality all the colours are exactly how they should be. It came packaged very well with all the relevant tags. Would highly recommend Pat's cheap footy shirts. Also when I first got in touch they didn't have my Aston villa shirt on the site but as promised it was soon added. Great 5* service.

Although the package was late , the customer service was great and I usually got a response in about 5 hours which is great for an independent company, no damages on the shirt and the quality is fantastic

Would recommended it massively, if customer service is anything to go pay and I believe that it firmly is. Just ordered a kit for my nephew for Christmas. I did not see the obvious signage, that order now and you may not receive it before Christmas, cancelled order next day. Pat very accommodating when though he was dealing with an idiot. Will definite try and use again.

Ordered 2 football tops and didn’t read the timeframe properly so cancelled the ordered and pat was more than helpful to assist in this .

Brought a shirt as a joke for a friend for his birthday and was expecting really terrible quality for the cheap price, then to my surprise when it came i truly couldn’t tell the difference from its more expensive counterpart.

Used the site again after this to buy a shirt for myself after the quality and price of the last one, had a bit of an issue with player printing from the suppliers end but the company kept me well informed and told me of the mistake and asked if they would like the mistake amended with the expense of a delayed delivery time which I had no problem with and received in within the original date which only cemented the incredible service

Would highly recommend especially in the age of club sold shirts being nearly £70 without names and numbers 👍

My Real Madrid shirt took just under 3 weeks to arrive which is pretty much what they promised me. I was a bit cautious with buying a shirt as the prices were so cheap, but when I bought one I definitely made the right decision as the quality of the kit is perfect. I am definitely purchasing another shirt form here.

We always worry about ordering online and not getting what we paid for or goods disappearing...fear not Pat gave us continuous updates and when a delivery went missing he stepped up to the mark and replaced the missing item.Great customer service!! Just wanted to let everyone know how genuine this service is and how genuine Pat is as well. I ordered my shirt on 30 November 2022 but unfortunately due to custom and mail strikes the shirt arrived on 31 December. Pat kept me updated throughout by email and was very quick to reply to any queries I had.

Once the shirt arrived the quality was exceptional for the price paid and definitely worth the wait.

To summarise; the whole experience of the service and quality is absolutely first class and will only improve once the strikes have come to an end and the delivery is back to normal. I will be recommending this service to everyone who loves football and loves shirts!!

Excellent customer service. Our shirt arrived and the quality was great, unfortunately, it was too small for my partner. I contacted Pat and within 2 days and a few email exchanges he has resolved my query and a new shirt in the bigger size is on its way.

I ordered a Man City shirt for my teenage son, unfortunately it arrived with the name incorrect on the back, I contacted Pat and he was absolutely amazing, so understanding and couldn't apologise more, he ordered a new shirt and it arrived today - perfect !! Such great customer service, excellent replica shirts and fantastic price, will 100% be ordering from him again.

Awesome service. Don’t pay any attention to the 1 star reviews, they’re fake. Pat makes it clear many times on his site that delivery will be around 4 weeks or so. Excellent quality tops, can’t fault them. Great service and I’m so happy with them I’ve ordered another kit for my son for Christmas. Definitely recommended.

Not sure why we have bad reviews for this Company, I’ve bought here before and always had a response and my items arrived on time, maybe some items do take a little longer but just that little bit longer, even I’m waiting for something that hasn’t arrived on time but with the situation we are in at the moment just give it a little time, I’m sure things will be delivered, just stay positive guys, just to update. Item came a week later and it’s absolutely Fantastic 👌
