God help me

Everytime i hear this insane, waterboarding tortue of this Add i do not wish on my worst enemies next to testicular torison, makes me want to put a gun through my ear and blow out my brains. God forbid i hear this in the afterlife because i CANNOT STAND THIS ANNOYING ASS SONG THAT EVEN MADE EMINEM GO SILENT. How the Grinch stole Christmas? Dont even try playing it to him as hid heart will not only shrink back to two sizes too small it may aswell even implode on itself. Who even allowed this Advert to co exist with humanity, as everytime i hear the ear piercing, lobotomy squeaking sound of a barely matured 2 year old combined with the voice of a 40 year old single dad, it makes me almost feel bad that those poor people had to be involved. Glad i havent seen this for years now but the PTSD of hearing it EVERYSINGLE BLOODY HOUR gives me Vietnamese flashbacks. Now for the past above sentences i do apologise for all the people involved with Pat pat, im sure you all have good intentions. I only just wanted to let you know that i never want to see another one of these adds. Sure its not your fault and i blame it all on Youtube after all, but sincerely have a nice day.

It was very easy to order and the variety was broad.
I ordered family Christmas PJs for a family in Germany.
I know I could have had you ship them but couldn't figure out how to do that so just had them mailed to me and I mailed them.
They loved them and I have lovely pictures.

Excellent customer service.

I placed an order with plenty of time for my product to show up. There was an issue with shipping (not the company's fault) and my package did not arrive on time. I requested a return/refund and was promptly answered by customer service in a very polite manner. They were kind enough to offer not just a refund, but I was able to keep the product as well, instead of having to deal with the hassle of the return process. The customer service representative went over and above to be polite and interested in the conversation, not just responding because they had to. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be ordering from PatPat again in the future.

Buyer beware!!

FYI -
1) Building an account with this company’s website is tough. I’ve tried several times only to get to their ‘verification’ process and from there it never completes.

2) Bought several items from a 2024 Black Friday promo sale in early November. Gave the gift to my granddaughter on Christmas Day. The items did not fit. Tried to return on Dec 28,2024 only to have my order number (which I had to be look up on PayPal b/c I could not complete building an account -see #1) “unable to be found” on the return portion of this website. Finally wrote an email with a picture of the PayPal receipt directly to the company and they responded.

Don’t make the same mistake I made. Understand that unlike Amazon, Target, Walmart and other reasonable retailers, the holiday return policy for PatPat is NOT 30 days from December 25. The holiday return policy for holiday promotions is STILL only 30 days from purchase.

Conclusion: Although bought during a 2024 Black Friday promo items were rejected for a return. They exceeded the 30 day return policy. In order for me to meet the return deadline, Christmas Day would need to have been on December 3.
