As always the service was first rate and the gemstone was beautiful. My only concern was the gem was not the shade of color shown on the video and ID report. However, this was not a deal breaker for me.

We have looked elsewhere, but always return to Paraiba International to acquire gemstones and have them made into exquisite jewelry by Adam. Adam’s gemstones are exceptional and his prices reasonable. The finished pieces, when you see them for the first time, never fail to impress. That moment, however, is just the end point of what is a very pleasant process of working with Adam to create something special. In this case, it was two platinum pendants with round brilliant cut tanzanites and high-quality diamonds. The greatest reward will be to see the pleasure our daughters derive from wearing them. As international customers, Paraiba International gives us access to gems and jewelry beyond that available in the urban center where we reside. Adam has been extremely helpful and honest from the start. Being an international buyer from Canada, it can be daunting to drop a lot of money on a gemstone that I have only seen online/texts/emails, however, Adam has made the process very easy and comforting. I can’t rave enough about my experience! I met with Adam and discussed my ideas for resetting my engagement ring and wedding band after 27 years. He listened to what I had in mind and then showed me examples from his showroom. Adam was honest, kind and creative. We came up with a plan for my rings and I was so excited. The rings were completed within the time frame I was given. When I picked them up, I couldn’t believe how gorgeous they were! They were even more beautiful than I had envisioned! I contacted Paraiba International to make a custom engagement ring and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Adam is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy to contact and responded quickly, letting me know every step from stone choice to shipping. Working with him on making small changes to the design was very easy as well.

The fit and finish of the ring is absolutely spectacular. My fiance couldn't be happier and said it was perfect beyond her expectations. Overall it was a fantastic experience start to finish and I'd love to make another purchase for a necklace or bracelet in the future!

Sorry but I ordered on line and did not have personal contact.
What I can say is the stone was packed very securely , left your office in a minimum of time, and Fedex had it on its way very efficiently.
However when it arrived in Australia things slowed down, and it took 5 days to go about 1400 kms.
But I realise you have no control over this part of the journey.
