Stay away from Pantor watches

I've never met such a dishonest company like Pantor! They lied to me a few times. I bought the Seal on July 7, in 3 weeks I got it but the watch came defective. I informed Pantor about it but they were very reluctant taking it back accusing me in damaging it by saying: the watch was sent to you in normal condition. I told them I would open a dispute on Paypal and only then they gave me the address. I shipped the watch at my own expense by express shipping for $35. They got the watch and stopped talking to me. Then I opened a dispute on Paypal and lost it because they cheated me and Paypal by providing a different address, not the one they are registered on Paypal. I lost the dispute. I asked Pantor to refund me, they said ok but in a few days they said no. No reason provided. They proposed shipping the Seahorse to me, I said ok because I had no choice. They promised to do that in two weeks but they didn't ship it. I asked for the refund again. No. In a month they shipped the watch, but the Chinese customs returned it back to them. I tried to re-open the dispute but Paypal rejected due to the address issue, the watch I returned was delivered to a different address PayPal has on Pantor. Pantor lied to me and Paypal. Every time they ignored me for a few days, up to week. Finally they sent me the Seahorse second time, but at that point I asked my bank, Citibank, to step in. And I won. Pantor got notified and revoked the watch. So, my advise, never deal with these dishonest people. They think their reputation costs only $609,99. Their customer service is awful, they don't need your problems (with their defective watches), they need your money. According to the numeral reviews, their watches have a lot of QC issues and most of those who took them diving, got them leaked. DOn't buy Pantor watches, there are a lot of great watches with excellent service! Every my word can be proved because all this long story (from July 7 to December 1) was recorded in the communication. Why they didn't refund me? Why they caused me so many problems? Why they make me pay my own money for shipping back their defective watches? Because they are extremely greedy, I think.
