The insurance and price are fine, bad website and customer service

The insurance and price are fine, bad website and customer service.
The online payment system has had problems for years. It asks to keep your credit card for next year, we decline. The transaction will not go through if you decline. You are forced to allow them to keep your credit card info. When you reach out to ask them to remove it from their system, they do not respond.
For security reasons we do not give our credit card over the phone. Shopping new insurance now.
