Most unprofessional, expensive, rude clinic!

After being a patient for 2 years I understand they have very little care about your eyecare vs how often they can make you come back and how much they can trick you into paying. They have made me take eye photos every visit that was not necessary. Dr. Boparai confirmed insurance will pay but insurance will not pay for it. He apparently knows this but still charges. He acts like he cares but as soon as you get upset about anything he becomes very defensive and aggressive. Front desk middle age lady is extremely rude. She forgets to take her meds apparently. The helpers talks a lot but does not seem to fully understand what they are talking about. Also the waiting! I can't believe I have to wait 30+ minutes to get in each time. Why do you schedule so many people at the same time? I am appalled with this clinic. Very unprofessional, rude and thiefs! I found a better clinic.
