I once bought a watch from Marco and his stand in the Berlin market. The mechanism stopped working in the first months, After emailing Marco, he didn't keep the promises from returns policy on the website and asked me to pay for shipping and specifically to send it un-recorded. I lost all trust and faith at this point.
