They use UPS so do not expect it to arrive on time.

If there was a option for negative stars I would. What ever partnerships this company has with UPS needs to be looked over with a fine comb. A delivery of 2 day free shipping is in its 4th day...this probably going to be the last product I ever buy from this once great company.

Easy to find products I needed & definitely worth the cost. My only criticism is that the defender series doesn’t have any feminine looks in the line! If it had some sparkle it would be perfect! Think floral patterns, Art deco lines, mid century mod! The possibilities are endless!

I have had to use the warranty feature a couple times. It is great that they offer their products with a warranty. The website was easy to navigate and they send replacement products very quickly. Quality products and the company stands by them. Makes it easy to chose my phone protection every time.

Ordering a replacement iPhone case was easy

Ordering a replacement iPhone case under warranty was very easy. Too bad they couldn’t send a replacement for no charge including shipping and handling. After all if the product didn’t have a problem it would not have been necessary to ask for a replacement at all. I have had several Otterbox cases over the years as well as a few family members also having them and overall they are great products.
