There was no problem with the ordering but the slippers are not right for me. I need support for my feet and I thought with you being an orthotic company you would have a sturdy slipper. I want to return slippers.

I ordered six (6) items and only 4 of them fit. So I set up a return of these four items. The return took a very long 12 days time to be received and processed. The worst thing was that Even though I had requested "store credit" the entire return was refunded to my card. This is not what I requested!
The refund has complicated things. I specifically requested store credit. I am extremely disappointed. The company has failed to do what they indicated they would. Customer service simply called it a human error and left it at that.

The size 8 did not fit need to return them for a larger size U S size 8 1/2 maybe a 9 medium is needed, but they are gorgeous

I have an average to thin foot size 7 but the Sole flip flop left a large blister after digging into the top of my foot & in between my toe. I just wore them a couple of times around the house but wore them shopping 1 time. I sent them back but couldn't get my money back with claims they were worn & dirty. I've never worn Sole before but unfortunately bought them instead of my usual Teva Voya which I have no problem with. Can't believe such high priced shoes would fit so poorly unless they weren't legit. Lesson learned. I let them donate them so someone somewhere got shoes they needed but will not buy shoes online again unless I know the store is legit & know the fit of the shoe.

The sandal is nice to wear when i had a heal issue. It created my arch issue that I didn't know. Have been wearing these sandal for many years like six years plus. Very helpful, my first pair was from Orthotic Shop.I have been wearing them every since. Thank you!

I bought these shoes for my daughter, who needs special shoes like this. There were no problems ordering and I received them in record time. My daughter was extremely happy with the shoes. I will certainly buy them again.

I was just happy to be able to find a 6E pair very easily on the website. They were delivered in a very reasonable time, and they have been more comfortable than any other shoe, with my custom insoles.

Great inventory and fast arrival. I wear a size 12 M and often, the shoe companies don't have my size in stock and I am able to find them here.

I ordered sandals and they said they were delivered, but I was home and no, they were not delivered. I asked if they could send a replacement and after 7 days they filed a claim they said and since they were reported as delivered, they wouldn't be sending a replacement. No refunds either so I'm out $60. Bad business practice. I have never had a company do this. Most companies are happy to replace or refund if you never received your order. I'm saying they must be a scam. They have no photo of the so called delivery which I always get when amazon delivers a package. Don't order anything from this company unless you want to get ripped off.

Ordered 1 pair of Vionic sandals and 1 pair of sneakers. Received the sandals today (8/4/2024), the brown bag contained a plastic bag with the sandals instead of in an authentic Vionic box. One of the sandals has wider/looser straps and the other sandal insole does not jibe with my foot. I own at least 25 pairs of Vionic shoes, I do not wear any other brand. The bag came through an Amazon delivery. ??
I will call them tomorrow for explanation and will update here.

Placed order from website. Received wrong item so thought just a packer error since each item had the word "foot" in its description. Returned item then get email saying what I ordered was not in stock. Poor inventory control wasted two weeks of my time, but Amazon delivered it in two days. Won't waste my time with this company.
