TLDR - This use to be a functioning company. But has dwindled into a shell of scams.

While I have ordered from ORO Los Angeles from the past, my experience with them have declined with each purchase.

First purchase, the Rista jeans, while it was a gift from my wife. Fit perfect and still wear them till this day. This was several years ago.

Second purchase which was a few years ago, it was one of the last remaining BEO denim. I got it in my size and in actuality, they were way too small. I measured them and in fact they were a size too small. I did seriously think about returning them, however, it ultimately wouldn't be worth it. Especially when they were sold out and I could no longer get one even in a size up. Also the cost to do so. I don't live in America and the return cost was too much to make any sense.

Third attempt was the worst experience. Tried to buy the Noir Everyday denim and my card declined. Thought that was weird. Then I got a call from an number I didn't recognize. I ignored it. Checked my information again and tried to purchase it a second time. I thought it could have been an error on my part. Declined again. Saw that I had a voice mail and it was "my bank" telling me that I had activity on my card and I was to call a number. Robotic voice of course. This is definitely not normal legit behaviour.

Update: Turns out the call from my cc company was indeed legit and they flagged the purchase as fraudulent. I have never experienced a problem with my cc before so it was good they caught it.

I did some digging and found out that ORO use to use services like GooglePay and PayPal etc. So the fact that they don't anymore is a huge red flag. My two previous purchases were through PayPal.

Yep not sure what happened to this company. But clearly they shouldn't be operating at all. Reading the one star reviews, I thought I would share my experience with those who might be interested.

Multiple refund requests have gone unanswered. This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright fraud. This company is running a deliberate scam, exploiting customers and pocketing money without fulfilling orders. The number of similar complaints shows a clear pattern of deception. This deserves legal action—a class-action lawsuit should be seriously considered. This is third-rate, scammer behavior disguised as a legitimate business operating in the U.S. Enough is enough.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!

I ordered my boots back in February 19th and was told there was a delay and they are experiencing high demands and that I would receive my boots in mid to late March well the time has passed and it's now May 8th and I still haven't received my boots and I requested my money back and I've been ignored I've sent over 10 emails and these thieves, have not refunded my money back they're a scam

You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s been a year, and you’re still holding my money. I’ve requested a refund multiple times, yet you continue to ignore or refuse me. This isn’t a delay it’s outright theft. If this so-called organization is legitimate, expect a call from my lawyer.

Horribly unethical

Horribly unethical. Bought and $600+ python boots. Have sent over 100 emails. Talk to multiple customer service reps all claiming to not be able to communicate with billing. I have returned the boots and have yet to receive any money back. They now simply ignore my emails. This company needs to be taken out of business.

I've been shopping with ORO for years

I've been shopping with ORO for years. Have numerous jeans and their boots are fantastic. Last year I ordered boots for a wedding. I had to send them back. No refund offered but a store credit. Now we are almost a year into this. I've tried to order a replacement pair of boots.Every time I email them I get the same BS response. They are no help. Either refund my $ that you've had for almost a year or send me the boots. Customer service is pure trash. Thinking about getting together a class action lawsuit!

4 months since purchase. Nothing shipped. Keep getting emails once a months saying my case is being escalated. Yet they're still taking peoples money. Essentially running a scam. A scam worthy of a class action lawsuit, that was just filed.

My date of experience is November of 2023 but it will not let me date back that far but I have been waiting one year and 3 months for a pair of boots that were in stock, I also paid for expedited shipping. I received the jeans I purchased a year after. They will not respond to my questions but send a response via email that is a generic as it gets with "Regards Andy" stating they are getting with the warehouse or they have not replenished stock yet. They are thieves and will scam you so DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!

Do not buy anything from this website if you need it within a reasonable timeframe

Can someone from Oro Los Angeles please help me understand why they keep sending us sell promotions and taking our money and yet they have not send what I ordered 2 months ago? Why are these people still in business? I would appreciate it if they put a disclaimer on their website before they mislead customers like me on their shipping timeframes . Granted their shoes are not cheap people like me spend a couple of hundred dollars to buy products they never ship. Their phone number is disconnected and if you email them you get a generic response. PLEASE IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE AND YOU ARE READING THIS . Fantastic Service and Products
