Disappointing orders this year.
I buy often from the Organic catalogue, but I have been dissatisfied with the products that I received this year, and I have placed a couple of orders with them. Unfortunately two of the raspberry Autumn Bliss canes haven’t grown and seem to be dead whilst the other one is thriving. The seeds I received were also disappointing. I was disappointed because a lot of them were already a year old, causing the best sown by date to be diminished by a year. The spring onion seeds that I have bought, out of the whole pack only one seed has germinated which is very disappointing.

Shocking state of bean seedlings…
Shocking state of bean seedlings although in an excellently packed box. Climbing Cobra seedlings bulging out of the tiny containers, and really yellow/brown leaves! Runner bean seedlings equally poorly, but lanky and broken stems.Lost several of both types. However have planted in good compost and hopefully they may recover! My earlier homegrown seedlings are properly green, stocky and healthy. Intended to share yours with other people, so VERY disappointed. After vegetable gardening from age 9 to my present 82 years and REALLY shocked that these seedlings were sent out, by your normally reliable standards.

One tomato (Crimson Cherry) was…
One tomato (Crimson Cherry) was virtually dead; Crimson Plum was on its last legs (growing tip shrivelled) and the other two were wilting.
Following contact with the company two of the plants were replaced. They have survived, but still did not arrive in tip top condition.
