Oofos are overpriced garbage!!!
I bought oofos sandals at the recommendation of my podiatrist. At first they were nice but after they got wet my foot slid off the sides causing me to fall. After wearing them strictly for swimming sandals the second year the toe post broke. For $69 I expected better than that. I could have bought a pair of $5 or $10 flip flops at the dollar store and gotten the same wear and result.
Don’t waste your money!!! These are junk!!!

No Customer Service
There is no way to contact customer service by phone and it takes them several days to respond to emails. I had entered the address I wanted the shoes shipped to and pressed the continue button. It went directly to the sold window with an old address. I immediately tried to contact them to no avail. After 2 days they emailed me saying they couldn't do anything about it. Only the sender can change an address on a package, but I went online with FedEx to have it held at a FedEx holding station. It said it made the change, but the next day I received a text saying it was being delivered to another city. I went online again and again it said that the address change was complete. Again I received an email that it was going to another city. This time I phone customer service at FedEx and she said she made the address change. Yet again I received notice that it was going to the wrong city. This time when I phone FedEx I demanded to speak to a supervisor. After a long hold, I spoke to someone who seems like they will correct the situation. I'm yet to find out.

They should have a disclaimer! One step and I almost wiped out in the middle of the road. Luckily I knew they might not be great when wet so I was able to catch myself but the sandal broke!

The absolute worst customer service!!
The absolute worst customer service!!! Ordered May 28, still in the same place. I was notified my order shipped, still in the same place. Called 3 times, the call ends after waiting 10 mins. 4 emails, get "bot" responses, telling me I will get a customer service email soon, never happens!! I don't even know if I will get my order, and not able to talk to anyone about it!!

Customer service is awful! They do not respond to emails or calls. It's such an easy thing to fix, but they don't. They use ZenDezk, which looks up the calls for them to respond to.

Also customer service is almost non existent, showing even more on the view this company has toward its customers despite charging an exorbitant price for plastic footwear. DEATH SANDALS
I suffered two ankle rolls on these Death Sandals. The design is an injury waiting to happen (way too high and the sandals don’t release when your ankle goes — which it WILL). I sliced my foot open after the second ankle roll. OOFOS asked me to send them a medical report, which I did, and havve ghosted me since. I lost a job worth $30,000 due to injury and the effects of the Vicodin. They won’t even engage and even hung up the phone when I asked after the medical report following months of being ignored. APPALLING customer service. Avoid. Or get injured. Your choice of course.

What's happened to the quality
I have worn oofos for years and I have owned at least 10 pairs they used to be the most comfortable shoes every but I cannot get over the latest par of the wedged ones the first pair split at the toe post after only a few months and after contacting customer services they replaced them. As I said I have various pairs and alternate wearing them so they don't wear down easily however again the toe post snapped. Contacted customer service and they only give a years guarantee. I will be not be buying oofos again as the quality is no longer to my satisfaction.

I love these shoes (Ooh Lala Thongs) and have ordered & worn them for years. I just recently bought another pair (May 2025) and was so happy when I got them. The look, the comfort but then I smelled the MOST HORRIBLE SMELL from them, like a poisonous chemical. It rained where I am for the past 3 days & I kept them outside on my patio. When I brought them in & dried them, they still have this noxious chemical odor. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this product now.
There is no way, in good concious that I can wear these feeling like my body will be absorbing poison in doing so.
I called customer service & got this trained automaton who kept telling me that nothing in their manufacturing process has changed but if that's so, then why did the 8, 10, 12 pairs I've bought in the past (for myself & others) why don't those smell like poinson chemicals & these do?
Shame on you Oophos. You're going to hurt your business because you're hurting your customers!

Need better upper materials
Ok I have ordered from oofos three times. First time was great. Second time I sent the pair I ordered back because, the uppers were terrible. Third time I ordered the same type I got the first time. It's the pink soft Terry cloth like upper. Looks like house slippers. What I think is the green sole is the best part of these shoes. The uppers are not so great. I need support for my feet so I dont order the flip flop types. I just wish they would make better upper material for their closed in shoes. So this latest pair was on sale and the right shoe was messed up because, the toe part of the shoe is messed up. The border runs on top of the toe cutting the size down to the point that my toes are crushed up. Anyway I wrote a review about it and they emailed me and sent me a full refund and told me to keep the shoes. So while I'm pleased they made it right I'm now unsure about ordering any more. I wish they would put more thought into better upper materials on the closed shoes they sell. The sole is the very best. It's so good I removed the soles from the mistake pair and put them in my Sketchers. Now my tennis shoes are so comfortable with better support for my feet. Love the green sole.

Non breathable material
I purchased the sliders on the recommendation of my podiatrist. They do feel comfortable, however my feet sweat in them tremendously due to plastic materials. They also look very cheap and get dirty really quick, even though I wear them at home only. Overall it's a disappointing purchase, and I wouldn't be recommending them any further.

Knee replacement 6 months ago and feel supported wearing them indoor as slippers .
Have 7 pairs now 😃… wish I could replace my blue ones but seem unable to do so but will keep checking .

Misleading and no support.
Oofos has been nothing but trouble. I purchased a pair of shoes with 1-2 day shipping. On the check out page it specifically lists free shipping as 5-10 business days. The 1-2 day shipping says no such things so I purchased 1-2 days shipping with the understanding that it would be 1-2 days since it didn’t say business days anywhere but with the free shipping. My order was placed at 1pm on 4/9. I should have had them by 4/11 but they said my shoes were ordered past their ordering time and would be processed the next day. Ok, so I should receive them on 4/12. I was leaving on 4/14 and supposed to be taking the shoes to my mother. Nope, they won’t be here until the night of 4/14. They have done absolutely nothing to help. They ignore the fact that their website it misleading and instead charge me extra money for shipping which they failed to deliver. I will never purchase from them again

One of the worse customer service I ever experienced
One of the worse customer service departments I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for my product to be delivered for a while. I decided just to cancel my order and head to my local store to purchase Oofos. I call d customer service to cancel my order. The agent was so rude left me speechless. Was told there was no way to cancel my order. Best I can do was to return the order when I receive it. After advising the agent that it has been over 10 business days agent decided to argue with me on what a business day actual is. Asked if I speak to a supervisor was told that would not be possible. Asked why and was told that the supervisor was busy.

I rarely write negative reviews
I rarely write negative reviews, but given the cost of these shoes I think it is necessary. I ordered the gray and white sport LS women’s shoes. The comfort is ok but not excellent. No matter what I use, I cannot get/keep the white part clean. Loose threads on the inside show along the top edge. They look cheaply made. I am easy on shoes, but these look like I’ve had them for years after only a few months of occasional wear. I will never purchase this brand again.

The Oofos sandals I purchased were a big mistake. I found that they stuck to the bottom of my feet to the point of being uncomfortable. I have a similar pair, different brand, that I do not experience this. I contacted Oofos and was VERY frustrated with their “customer service” experience. I explained my problem and also said upfront that I realized I was a number of months past the 30 day return. I was writing to see if they could suggest solutions, offer ideas/alternatives, etc. The response I received was a perfunctory, “sorry, but you are past the 30 day return policy.” Nothing else; no ideas for fixing, no “this has never happened before,” Nothing but telling me something I acknowledged upfront in my initial outreach. Very disappointing. In fairness, I had heard from a couple of friends Oofos were comfortable. They were not, and are not for me. I just wish a little more effort would have been put into a response.

Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for how easy the return exchange process was! I made my purchase in December for a couple of Christmas gifts, I ended up needing to get a bigger size for both pairs. I procrastinated in January and by the time I was ready to make the exchange, it was outside the window. I sent a message to them, they needed a few photos which I totally understood. After I sent the photos to them, they opened up the return window for me again.
Contacting them was a breeze, I had to contact the customer care center 2 separate times because I needed my order # again. Both times it was an extremely short wait. Even the drop off options was convenient, just my local UPS store & more, it’s an easy option of a QR code and I didn’t have to worry about packaging.
They didn’t have to let me do the exchange, but they did and I appreciate that!!
