Never received order or refund! Total scam
Advertised priority shipping with order, items did not ship after 2 weeks. Attempted to cancel order, was told “orders cannot be cancelled once placed.” Items then show as shipped after nearly a month, however, they are never delivered. Contact customer support and they refuse to work with their carrier, ship another order, or refund the original purchase. Company is a total scam with horrible customer support. Be warned!

Thanks for your second review regarding this order.
As you can see from our long conversation via email; the package was delivered by USPS on June 4th.
On June 28th, we sent you an email asking if everything was fine now that the package is delivered; you stated that you haven't received it. We then provided you with the delivery confirmation from USPS's website and informed you that if you still have not received your package, you could file a claim with them and then we'll take it from there.
Unfortunately, you refused to file the claim and you just kept insisting that the package was not delivered and kept calling our customer support all sorts of things.
You threatened us with a filing a dispute with your credit company, and we said it was your right to do so and we would provide them with the necessary proofs.
You also threatened us with negative reviews across social media and various channels; and now that you posted this review, I hope everyone can see through this situation :)
