Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service!!! Took me about an hour and three different attempts to simply order a Barrel screw for my wife's sunglasses. Don't bother calling to speak to a foreigner that you can't understand, you'll end up being referred to the "chat" line, then they will refer you to another link. I'm totally done with this company and they're crappy web site and worse customer service!

Finally the pair i have been looking for.

I was in need of a new pair of glasses , I have always liked Oakley glasses . I had already use my coverage of my insurance.with insurance I usually have a cost of around $400 even with insurance and progressive lenses . My. Husband is retired military and Oakley has a program for first responders and there family. So I gone onto the Oakley website and there was a great 4th of sale going on.i was able to get a full set of progressive lenses this set original $852 and with this great sell i was able to my glass for $411 wow without insurance. Not only was it a great price but also in my past progressive lenses you could always see the lines with this glasses no matter if i Am watching tv or typing instantly clear view and i got some wrap around lenses its just like you are wearing contact lenses . Been looking for this for a long time . To me best pair of classes will defently buy again i bought them online , ohh had them within few days.

2 attempts over 2 weeks to reach the…

2 attempts over 2 weeks to reach the customer service team asking about an exchange, with zero responses back. I am now really disappointed in my purchase. All I wanted to do was see about exchanging my order for the one with larger lenses, but I cannot get these guys to respond.

DO NOT BUY the oakley Light Assault 3…

DO NOT BUY the oakley Light Assault 3 boot. They are so bad. hard to get on and off and the laces suck at loosening or tightening. I trecked for 2 hours in them and got a blister on my heel 20 minutes in.

Oakley Prescription Glasses no good!!

The prescription I ordered and received were great except for the close up reading part of the prescription was useless, could not read with them at all. Tried to do a REDO of the Lenses but they needed the Segment Height measurement. That can only be done in person due to multiple variable factors and Oakley doesn't do that. Have to now return them for a refund. I have other much less expensive glasses with the same prescription and have no issues at all. Sorry but for $600.00 + Oakley isn't worth the time & money.

I recently purchased a pair of Holbrook…

I ordered a pair of Oakley Holbrook Mix sunglasses with gloss black frames and black Prizm lenses. Shipping from Oakley S.I. was prompt, and initially, I had no complaints. The Prizm lenses looked great, although I had expected a more pronounced mirror finish. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.

At first glance, the frames appeared well-made. However, after a couple of days of wear, I noticed an uncomfortable issue: a protruding plastic seam inside the nose bridge was causing irritation and left my nose raw. Due to work constraints, I couldn’t access the instant messaging help desk and was unsuccessful in reaching customer service by phone despite multiple attempts.

It wasn't until I left a negative review that Oakley S.I. responded. To their credit, they overnighted a replacement pair at no cost, which I appreciated as a good faith gesture. Unfortunately, the second pair had the exact same issue—this time, the seam was on the opposite side of the nose bridge.

I ended up sanding and lightly torching the seam myself to make the frames wearable. While I appreciated Oakley’s quick replacement, it's clear that the overall product quality has declined significantly. Oakley was once a top-tier brand, but since moving production overseas, the craftsmanship has noticeably suffered.

Unless Oakley makes a serious commitment to restoring product quality, ideally by bringing manufacturing back to the U.S., I don’t see myself purchasing from them again. For those in the market for quality sunglasses, I recommend exploring U.S.-based alternatives like Fuse Lenses, which offer better comfort, craftsmanship, and value.

SI Ballistic M Frame Alpha & Halo Goggle Multi-Lens Kit

Love theses sunglasses!! I needed some good sunglasses that would cover a wide range of activities. This kit not only hit the mark but went above and beyond. Awesome for the american southwest and all the activities you can think of to do here. Also with $25 replacement lenses Im sure I will enjoy them for years to come.
