They will string you along and never refund you.

Item was on back order it seems. Asked to cancel if that was the case. Strung me along for a week. Gave some BS expected ship date. Asked to cancel again when that didnt happen. No response. Asked a last time before I was going to do a charge back. Finally they agreed to cancel. Which was just another delay tactic. The item came back into stock a few days later and even tho I specific stated I do not want the items any more and to NOT ship it AND they had already put in a request for a refund...they shipped it anyway. Items should arrive in a few days now. Since they drop ship everything I don't see why there would be a further issue but I will NEVER buy from these people again. I doubt they were ever going to refund me.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Scam. Not received my product and almost a month. Moreover, got the shipment email right after the order was placed, still have not received the order. Ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE and save your hard earned money. Emily will reply to you in her own sweet time with a generic and unhelpful response.

EDIT: they don't reply to my emails as fast as they did to this negative review.

Deeply Disappointed – Avoid Nutriessential if You’re an International Customer

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Nutriessential has been so frustrating and unacceptable that I feel compelled to warn others.

I placed an order totaling $967.05 on May 30, 2025, for essential health supplements. Nutriessential promised delivery within 5–15 business days, but it has now been well over 20 business days, and I have still not received my package.

Despite multiple emails, I received conflicting, vague, and often misleading responses from their customer service team. At one point, I was told my parcel had arrived in Bahrain and was with customs. I checked directly with Bahrain customs—no package had arrived. I was repeatedly fed empty assumptions like "it’s likely at customs" or "tracking will update soon" without any actual evidence.

I asked for a customs reference number or official USPS confirmation. Nothing. No proof. Just more delay and generic apologies. Worst of all, after over a month of delays and false information, Nutriessential has still refused to offer a partial refund or any compensation—despite the stress, wasted time, health impact, and the extra $68.50 shipping charge added without my consent after checkout.

I’ve received shipments from other companies via DHL and FedEx within 3–5 days during this exact period. So blaming "delays in Gulf countries" is just more excuse-making on their part.

To make matters worse, my last two follow-up emails have been completely ignored. No tracking. No accountability. No ownership. Just silence.

This experience has been not only unprofessional but also deeply damaging to my health, as I was depending on these items.

If you are an international customer—especially in the Middle East—do not order from Nutriessential. Their systems are unreliable, their shipping choice (USPS) is the cheapest but worst possible option for international delivery, and their customer service will waste your time while offering no solutions.

I trusted them with a large order and my health—and I regret it completely.

Wrong order

This is the second time, I ordered multivitamin and got different one. I found even the price I’d almost double compared to other online stores. Also, I was charged without consultation for extra shipping charges. I sent a complaint and no response. I am very disappointed

Beware of extra shipping and duty fees!

On top of the shipping fees calculated at the end of my purchase, I was slammed with another whopping 86$ of extra shipping fees PLUS an additional 36$ of duty fees! Totally unacceptable to not have informed me beforehand. Las time I buy from here!

There was a delay and I expressed my concern to customer service about the nature of my injury and my need for the supplements to arrive on time and they expedited it. The response time to my concern was extremely fast. I received the product (BPC-157) and it has worked miracles in healing a broken elbow and surrounding soft tissue. It’ll be three weeks tomorrow since the injury and I have almost full range of motion and healing up fast. Thank you so much!!

Yet another disappointment

I am writing to express my frustration with yet another negative experience with your company. After the previous issues with missing items and unfair shipping fees, I hoped my order would finally be resolved correctly. Instead, I was met with *more* problems.

First, I was charged an **additional $12** upon delivery—a fee that was never communicated upfront. Had I known about these extra costs, I would not have proceeded with the order. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Second, when my package arrived, the box was **extremely hot** due to weather conditions, yet there was **no warning label or indication** that the contents were heat-sensitive. Given that these are supplements, temperature exposure can affect their quality and safety. Your failure to properly label or protect the products shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and product integrity.

At this point, I have lost all confidence in your company. Between the **missing items, repeated shipping charges, hidden fees, and careless packaging**, it’s clear that customer care is not a priority for you.
