Zen-now worst customer service
I tried to order a clock to replace ours that broke. The website kept freezing but I finally placed the order (and luckily took a screenshot). I got no confirmation so tried to reach the company by emails and phone (left voicemail). There was no response for 4 days. Finally got an email saying if I didn’t get confirmation, the order did not go through. No offer to help, no explanation, no info about where my credit card info went. I asked for more info and was told they don’t ship to New Zealand (I’m in Canada). I reminded them that they shipped to me before, and was told would not sell to me!!! I’ve since read some recent reviews and it seems that their customer service and product quality have hit a new low!
