Impressed with Card limit

I was able to get a really nice high limit on my first credit card with Navy Federal. I love this card and the rewards that I get. It's easy to make payments on the website and transfer money between accounts. I called customer service for a question that was promptly answered and the issue resolved.

Mortgage Team

Angela and Shamyra were great to work with and made sure to answer all of our questions to assist us through the process of obtaining our mortgage and closing on our home. The HomeSquad application experience was not as desirable, especially with being unable to delete old/unneeded tasks and constantly receiving email reminders for them, but was overall mostly convenient hence still retaining the 5-stars. Thank you!

Straight To The Point

I didn’t have to wait days for the approval. I was able to understand the rates available for my purchase and the price I would pay over the length of the loan was on the contract. The loan officer explained everything and helped me understand how I could pay it directly from my account.
