To update what occured before that is still on this post below...
My most recent experience was very polite, gentle and quick. Many things were explained to me as to why multiple calls came and I completely understand the why behind those calls. I also gained more info in general about by account and the happenings in the account. I also gained much needed understanding in detail about how things happen and are always for my betterment. This call completely changed my view back to being 100% happy with NDR.
Just a word of advice...when you feel annoyed, confused or frustrated, the best plan of action is to give them a call. Ask for a supervisor if necessary and ask questions and get the clarification needed for an easier more succesful journey towards being debt free. This company really is on your side and doing the work that is needed for you to succeed.
