Strongly recommend!
I started incorporating the meal and workout plan in August 2024 and saw excellent gains before falling off the wagon leading into the holidays. I started back up in January this year and have been staying consistent and am more than happy with the results. I’ve been physically active for the vast majority of my life and have never taken much interest in other peoples meal/workout plans or even using apps to help me track my day to day. Using these tools made me step out of my comfort zone which I am very satisfied that I did. The app is easy to use and very informative. I have been able to see results in muscle growth and definition that I have not previously experienced when following my own routine. Strongly recommend for all levels of physical fitness!
