My experience was great simply and solely because of Marina. She is an extremely great help and always willing to give offer her services when I’m in need. She is always patient, respectful and joyful. This is my first time working as a home aid and she made my transition very calm and easy which allowed me to find my rhythm within this new profession. I feel very lucky to have Marina as a supervisor.

For some reason it was a little slow for me to start working at this establishment, I had to go out of my way to get my results and then follow up with the HR team afterwards to send my information/offer letter to become active. But once I became active I haven’t had any problems at all. I’d also like to recognize my clients (my mother) coordinator Marina because I feel she truly cares about my mother. She works with me since I don’t have a car and her communication is extremely speedy. I appreciate her kindness and flexibility when it comes to changing my schedule from time to time to help my mom.

The two people that completely inspired me and really cared for every single issue or mix up, that myself and my mother ever experienced. Are Christian and Marina, without the both of them I would have been lost and would have given up, with the enrollment process. My supervisor Marina was very understanding with me when I was having difficulties with my client, I felt like she genuinely cared about my problems and helped me through them. It was nice having someone there for me instead of being upset with me.

Marina is a wonderful patient care coordinator she is very nice and understanding. Whenever you need to change something in your schedule, she gets right to the point and fixes it for you. Well, also informing the patient of the change. She cares a lot about everyone and makes sure you are doing your best.

What makes my experience great at all American home Care is that I feel like I am part of the family was treated with the most up respect and trust from a company that I represent taking care of my mom. As far as a true testimony one day I forgot to clock out and within 10 minutes of me not clocking out I got a phone call from my coordinator her name is Marina and reminded me to clock out. I feel that's important that they care enough to reach out to their employees/partners and tried to help them in time of our need also.

I work for All American HomeCare in Harrisburg and my supervisor Marina is very helpful and patient. If I have a problem she is quick to answer, return phone calls, and resolve any problems. I really appreciate that.

FRIST I will like to say thank you too Lauren Pucci for everything she did for me and my husband we been waiting since January and we finally got approved and everything was wrost it she always pick up my call let me know about everything that was go with the case and im really want to say thank you Lauren Pucci for all your help because if is wasn't for your team to deal with me and my husband I don't know where we would've been at so once agian thank you for all your help and keep the great work thank you for the time and patience with us thank you Lauren Pucci once agian we did it

I worked for this company for 2 months. June to Aug 2024. It is a horrible company! The staff is the worse! Especially a recruiter by the name of Felix Peppin. He was my recruiter in 24. I asked them multiple times to take my name off their employees list and availability list. Today which is May 6,2025 I received a text stating" welcome ans thank you for letting us know you are available ". They obviously receive money for having people on their availability list/employees list because why would you continue to contact someone that clearly does not work for you? I wanted to make this review because my next step is to take legal action for harassment.

Lack of communication and they don’t know how to talk to people without an attitude. Will not recommend.
