I wholeheartedly recommend MoveRevolution who helped us purchase our lovely home in March this year. We contacted Dan Harvey about coming out to value our grandmothers house, we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from him and his team. Dan was extremely informative and helpful. He took his time when viewing our property and got our evaluation over to us quickly, Dan was very polite and professional from start to finish.

I have had multiple dealings with Move Revolution over the years, and everyone who I have ever spoke to there were professional and took my wants/needs (when looking to buy) into account. Most recently I got a very thorough evaluation from Daniel Harvey who gave me examples, analysis from other sales in the area, similar properties and a genuine evaluation. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

If only i could give 0 Stars. Blackmailed and threatened.

I had an extremely stressful experience with Move Revolution during the sale process. Despite writing several emails to them, I received no reply and there was no sales coordinator to assist with our sale, despite their brochure stating that one would be available throughout the process. When I reached out to the director, he replied saying he was unwilling to handle my request. Additionally, I was promised a £600 reduction, but when the invoice arrived, it only reflected a reduction of £520. Nothing went smoothly during the sale, and I would not consider using this company again. Furthermore, I felt ignored when I reached out via email, and I was later threatened and blackmailed, being told that they would involve a debt collection agency if I did not pay an invoice within one day. This invoice was at the incorrect price, as I have screenshots of messages showing that I was promised a £600 reduction. It was an awful experience dealing with this company. I also have a business in the area, and multiple clients have reported appalling service as well. It seems that all Move Revolution cares about is the commission they want to receive. Throughout my dealings, I interacted with Paul Mulligan, Dan Harvey, Rosie, and several other colleagues at the branch.

A brilliant experience with Move Revolution, who recently sold our property and also happened to be selling the property we moved into! This is the second time we have used Move Revolution to sell our house (13 years apart) and found them to be excellent on both occasions (we did try another agent in between without as much success). Paul has been our main point of contact, he kept in regular contact, did all the viewings himself (which is a key differentiator), showed commitment, provided good advice and direction. Months on and he is still available as a go-between for us and the buyers. I must also mention the pictures Move Revolution do of your home, they're so good it makes you question why you're leaving! Lydia and Sue from the South Nutfield branch were amazing and were so supportive throughout our purchase. As first-time buyers we knew almost nothing about the process and they reassured us every step of the way. They chased the solicitors for us and were instrumental in ensuring we got the keys before the lease on our rental ran out.
